Stop!!! I can't believe this ... I have never!!! I mean, I have never!!! Can you say, that you've NEVER? But, when it FINALLY happens you can never say that you've never again! I've had many interactions with all types of businesses trying to make a purchase or get something resolved from a purchase. However, NEVER HAVE I EVER received such AMAZING customer service as I have with Kimberly at the Nob Hill location. She is AMAZING. Prior to my interaction with her I made many calls, I chatted online for help, I made calls to local T-mobile stores. But, when I called Kimberly she said, "let me take your number. I'll do some research. And I'll call you back." AND SHE DID!!!!! I was expecting she meant possibly a call in the future and maybe she would lose the paper she'd written my number on ... but, NO. She meant, now!!! And SHE DID IT. Her CUSTOMER SERVICE not only resolved my problem about why I hadn't received the newest internet router. But, she actually went ABOVE and BEYOND and researched WHY!!! Thank you, Kimberly. You are AMAZING!!!

This location is absolutely the best. If you live further away, it is worth the drive. We have always had a great experience at this location. First, Stanley, took his time to explain the options and promotions and helped me with the problem I had with my current phone. I did not purchase anything on that day. I came back a week later, and since Stanley was with another customer, the manager Angela helped me out. She was amazing. She found a better plan for our family and helped me hide the phone I purchased for my daughter as a birthday surprise (my daughter was with me in the store). Big thanks to both of them, Stanley and Angela!

Our most recent experience at this location was tremendously positive. We had a rep named Kate that helped us from beginning to end. She was able to explain a number of questions that we had for some time, was professional from the start, and was able to provide us with clear expectations on what would could expect moving forward. Kate is truly an asset to the location and company as a whole. Anyone going into that store should have the pleasure of working with a rep of her caliber. Thank you

Came to upgrade my phone and my mobile expert Shannon was so great and friendly! She was super helpful and it was so nice to talk to her. All of the workers were very kind to all of their customers and they genuinely cared about their customers. I would recommend every T-Mobile customer to come into this store!

Dianna and Andrew are both amazing and patient. I came in to update and transfer information on my new iPhone with over 500 apps and 10,000 photos to transfer. They both assisted me and made sure I left happy! These 2 employees need immediate raises! Thank you both!

Natalie S. was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Made my in person experience with T-Mobile silky smooth. I'm excited to receive my new phone, she allowed me to feel like a truly valued customer. Also she remained cool as a cucumber when i saw distressed customers being rude to her. That's great customer service and she exemplifies compassion and wisdom.

The other Natalie, not so much, rather rude over the phone when i called to ask about my order and quite uncaring towards my inquiry.

5 stars because Natalie S. made such a great impression, and certainly outweighs Natalie(X)'s unfortunate attitude.

Also Joel from customer service was super upbeat and friendly! Answered all my questions and set my mind at ease, thank you.

I have been in this store several times. One was due to a billing issue, another one to fix a problem with some ad-ons in my account and also to upgrade my phone. In all of these times I was helped by Kate. She was not only knowledgeable and effective to solve the issues but she was a friendly point of reference for everything T-Mobile related. Kate always shows a big smile when I cross that door and doesn't seem to be bothered at all with my repeated presence. I will continue to come to this store even when it's not the closest one to my home, just because I rather seek the guaranteed excellent customer service that I know for sure I will get from this great lady. Thank you, Kate!

Shannon was wonderful. Very polite. I was helped quickly and she did a great job putting on my new screen protector. I was greeted right away. Highly recommend her.

Shannon was exceptional! After many years of being with ATt we gave up and switched to Tmobile. Shannon was so nice and helpful! She fully explained the whole process and walked us through it getting multiple lines connected! Excellent service, wonderful person. Definitely recommend!

This young lady was very patient and accommodating and knowledgeable. I needed assistance with a backup and transfer. The process took about and hour and she checked on me every few minutes until it was all done. I felt very comfortable with her.

I went to this TMobile store because I was having an issue with my phone. Kate helped me and she was very patient and kind. I'm not tech savvy and she answered all my questions. I will definitely go back to see Kate when I'm ready for a new phone.

My daughter and I started having issues with our Iphone 7. We really needed an upgrade. We were helped by Natalie who was so nice and knowledgeable. Her professionalism and her amazing customer service would make me recommend T mobile to anyone and for people to make the trip to see her! I love my new phone and sparkly case.

I really liked this location. It was quick and Convenient for me. The associate that helped was Stanley. He was very honest and helpful.
Stanley was very friendly, very professional and had a good sense of humor. He understood my needs and my wants and he did not pressure anything on me. I live in Miami but I will travel to this location in the future to get a better customer service experience with Tmobile. It's worth it!!

Today's visit was amazing!
The store manager Kelsy (hopefully I spelled that correctly) went above and beyond. She made sure she explained everything thoroughly and more importantly, that we understood.
We've been to this location before and had avoided it for a couple years because the service was less than stellar. Now...I will definitely be back!
Kelsy was a rockstar!!!

Shannon has been awesome each time we have come into the store. She goes above and beyond and we truly appreciate her and her fabulous attitude and expertise!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a new phone at the plantation store! Kate was extremely nice and very patient with all our questions. I would highly recommend shopping this store for all of your T-Mobile needs!
