I’ve been coming to this store since moving to Plantation a decade ago. I visit weekly to return Amazon items and they are ALWAYS the most helpful and kind! Always willing to take the time to help when there’s an issue or if I have question with packaging and they are so so patient!

Since moving to Sunrise Florida in 2020 I have been doing business at The UPS Store on Nob Hill. The people that have helped me have always gone above and beyond kind and helpful with all my various needs. It has always been a pleasure to be helped by them. I am going back to California and I will miss the excellent and kind service I have encountered at this location.

Staff at this particular location is always very helpful, and always very patient with customers unaccustomed to shipping large boxes.

The guys at these ups are always polite,helpful,and professional. I always return my amazon packages and have yet to have a bad experience. THANK YOU!

This Store offers EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! The Owner Juan and his staff treat everyone with the utmost respect and go, above and beyond to assist me with all my packaging needs. My favorite UPS store! I am a frequent customer here and very time I visit this family friendly owned business, Juan and his family are always so helpful assisting me with my packages and Amazon returns. Very hard working family who constantly goes out of their way to be sure things are done right.

Great customer service! Juan was very helpful in answering all my questions as well as helping in finding the best price for me to send my package, I wasn't sure the best way to packing it, and Zora gave me ideas and options. I live very far from this store but when I have to send something I will go with them again. I don't know why some people made offensive comments about the staff, they were amazing supporting me. Actually, the day that I visited the store, I saw how customers treated the employees in a racist and rude way, being a customer does not give the right to treat other without respect. Juan & Zora thanks for everything. I highly recommend them.

This location always goes above and beyond in all the services they offer, from notarizing paperwork to shipping your unpackaged or packed items and their promptness.

My fiance and I are so grateful to have the opportunity to work with Juan. He has been an incredible support system for both of our businesses, which require frequent shipping. I have been renting a mailbox at this location for at least 10 years, starting with my business and now for personal use. I am very satisfied with the excellent service Juan and Zora provide on a daily basis. They are always courteous, responsive and professional. I know my merchandise is safe and in good hands and I never have to worry. I think most people do not appreciate the level of service they provide and the long hours they work.

Owner very knowledgeable about shipping- best ways to ship item most economically. Owner was extremely helpful in resolving several shipping errors from vendor. Highly recommend this store. Owner very honest and TRUTHFUL.

I have been a customer of this UPS store for over a year, and I've only had good experiences here. The owners and staff are pleasant and very helpful with any shipping or mailbox services. They always make me feel welcome when I go there, and they even go out of their way to correct shipping labels on packages that are sent to my mailbox. I have never had an issue here and I will continue to use this store for shipping and mailbox purposes. They are even open later during the holidays, which I found to be extremely convenient.

I had a package I needed to ship internationally to Africa. I’ve never shipped anything internationally before but knew it was much more complicated than shipping domestically due to customs duties, tariffs and specific country restrictions. I literally spent hours researching restrictions, HTS customs codes, documentation needed and courier options.
Went into this store and Juan knew exactly how to handle it. I was in/out in 20 mins and he took care of all the customs paperwork required. I was very pleased with the customer service and most definitely wouldn’t hesitate to go back here for my shipping needs.

We have had our business mailbox here for many years and we love this place. Juan and the team are always so helpful in taking care of things for us. It's close to home, the prices are reasonable, and we know if they send things for us it will be received. I highly recommend them!

I see people complain about the lady , i do not think she is being rude , i just think she does not speak or understand english very well hence the reason she is quiet. The gentleman has always taken the time to explain things to me in great detail if i have a question or concern . So far no issues with any of my packages.
