B2B is a new beauty supply store in the area!! Omg finally one in the area that’s worth going to. Good prices, employees are so helpful and knowledgeable.

R&B jams and top tier customer service. The gentleman I encountered had such good energy. I love coming here.

I found a wonderful selection of wigs, the prices were good and everyone was helpful. On my way back there now!

They always have what I need and if they don’t they have it by the next time. Such a great selection for women and mens products too. Great customer service.

They have a great selection and well-priced products, especially hair products and accessories for kids!

Expensive...(dare to say overpriced..) products but convenient location. Never really too busy so you dont have to worry about social distancing.

This was my first time in this business
The young lady at front register did greet me when I walked into the store, which was nice, but after I was done picking my one item up and headed to the cash register she was nowhere to be found.

I stood around for a few moments before she came back to the register and started ringing me up.

Afterwards, I asked for a military discount .
I believe that is when the owner came up to apply the discount.

What I did not like , was that the female manager/or store owner, did not greet me as a customer utilizing her business, she made NO eye contact, And did Not acknowledge me while I was standing at the register as she applied the discount.

(If you want people to come back to your business, you might want to greet them or at least acknowledge them and make sure customers are finding what they need )
The customer service was overall poor

My total came out to $13.10
I'm not even sure she applied a discount being that the item I bought was $12.99.

Do not buy any electronic devices from this store. I bought a shaver from this store that stopped working completely after two uses I wasn’t asking to return just exchange they would not exchange and told me to contact the mfg for a warranty claim

Very overpriced and not ashamed of it!! manager told me that I will still buy! Yes I am a black woman searching for one item, just so happened to look online while in line at the store & saw that at Walmart has same item for $4.59 but $13.99 in b2b and this spot was just in my neighborhood.. basically showed me out .. I will take my business elsewhere.
