AT&T Store

My friend and I had no problem switching from T-Mobile to AT&T. Jake, a 21-year-old assistant manager, who looks 16 had more knowledge and customer skills than any other person I’ve spoken to in a mobile phone store. He made the whole process easy. We both switched to a new iPhone 15 and had zero issues.

The service at this AT&T store is exceptional! Victor and Jake did an incredible job helping me and my wife select a new phone, review the best service plan and make the transition. Their service far exceeded any that we have had from any other AT&T Store or a big box retailer. Their knowledge was impressive and made us raving fans of this store.

Had a great customer service experience with Victor and Austin who helped my husband and I get new phones. Victor was very knowledgeable about the products and services and Austin really took the time to help us set up our phones.

I bought a new phone and changed carriers. The phone had to be backordered complicating the change. The staff was outstanding. Their intervention made the process very easy for me and they kept me informed every step of the way.

Our sales person, Kendrick, was very knowledgeable and made the process to get a new phone set up and purchased very easy.

Nice store, great service, I especially want to thank the consultant Michelle, who helped me set up all my 4 phone numbers and connected auto payment to my credit card, I highly recommend this store! Thanks a lot !

Service with MICHELLE was the quickest most pleasant customer experience I've ever had with a phone carrier representative. She greeted me when I walked in the store. She took time to help me keep my cell phone number, she helped me manage plans on three different phones, her service was incredibly quick, she knew and memorized so much about the deals she told me about. She was considerate and helpful to other customers who came in while still helping me. Her service was five stars. Bilingual. If I ever need anything I know I will go right back to Michelle for service. Hands down the greatest AT&T service I have ever received.

I had been having problem activating a new plan and porting my number to AT&T. After nearly two weeks of struggling through phone calls with the company I gave up and came in to try to make an appeal for assistance in person. I was greeted by Lynette who attentively listened to my concerns and, working with her awesome colleague Michelle, resolved my problems fully utilizing all of the stores resources.

I’m in the customer service industry and I can recognize when it’s done right - a huge thanks to Lynette & Michelle for their assistance through a particularly tricky problem and renewing my feeling that I’m making the right move by switching to AT&T!

Came here with my daughter love Twun customer service skills very nice man. Took his time and explain everything to me. He broke down my whole bill and explain to me why my bill had went up from last month. These guys know they stuff thanks ATT.

I’d like thank Michelle, Twun, and Natalie for being an amazing help with canceling a line on my account that was unnecessarily put on my account and were really patient with customer service agents on the phone to help with the cancellation. Definitely wouldn’t have been able to be done myself without their help. Will be back here for sure for any more help I may need!

The handsome young boy named Josh was very friendly and knowledgable. Helped me open up a line for my new iPad. I was surprised he wasn't the store manager with his attitude.

I came to the AT&T Store to activate my iPhone 13 Pro. I was greeted and assisted by Kyle, who I found to be very knowlegeable and efficient. He explained the set up process and boxed up my old phone for return. I am happy with my experience at this store as it was smooth, professional and quick and highly recommend it to others.

Joshua and Michelle were super helpful! I came in because I couldn’t get 611 to help me put international calling on. So I came in and they were so knowledgeable and friendly. It really did make my day.
