Madewell

First time shopping with this brand. Their store is inviting, employees are helpful and very nice! I am glad they’re in the Fort Lauderdale area, I will be shopping here more often. Whatever they didn’t have in store can be purchased online and returned to the store. Will be back!

staff is great, never had any issues whatsoever. selection could be better for men... otherwise very high quality items at great prices

Go see Brenda Mora and the girls at this new Madewell! We were on vacation, my granddaughters and I, and Brenda helped us with jeans and clothes and helped us maximize our discounts! The quality is great!!

This place is great, I can’t say enough good things. The staff is great, everyone is super friendly and helpful. I was greeted and helped by Lacrecia. She went above and beyond and since then I’ve been back plenty of times and each time, it’s always a great experience.

So happy to have a Madewell store in Broward county! It’s a big shop with a wide selection of their apparel and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable!

Amazing store great energy and you can find a men section with great options.

The people in this store are nasty, rude and need to be taught common courtesy. This is the third time I’ve been to the store with my daughter and it’s the third time we have been treated poorly.

The staff who work there glared at us, but didn’t ask us if we needed help. I was dressed nicely and a golf shirt and dark jeans. My daughter was dressed conservatively as well. But we were stared at like we were criminals or diseased.

If you want to go to Madewell, don’t go to this location because they don’t want to help you and you are not welcome.
