Krystal helped my husband and I switch from Verizon and Straight talk over to AT&T. She stayed late and helped us get everything switched over and situated until we were all set. There was a bump in the road with my phone number not being switched(which was on AT&T, not her) and she called them and stayed on the phone until everything was fixed. She advocated for us to to the phone carriers customer service and wouldn't go without a solution/answer/them fixing their error. She was awesome! She is a great associate and the best person to have for a job like this. She gets straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush. HIGHLY recommend going to her for your phone needs!
