Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I greatly appreciate how clean and organized this store is; and the staff was very friendly. Everyone seemed to be enjoying working there and were very helpful.

I stopped in to buy some paint and was greeted by Matt. He was very fast, courteous and helpful. Great customer service seems like a lost art nowadays but he has plenty to spare. I can’t speak for any other staff and/or products/services at this location but Matt deserves a top notch review for his efforts.

Came in early Friday afternoon and they were able to help me find out exactly which paint my builder used for my walls. Quick and excellent service.

I didn't buy anything bc they didn't have what I needed but almost did just because the service I got was awesome.. The guy went out of his way to be helpful, informative and down right just nice. Hell, I felt like I should have paid a cover at the door. This is my first 5 star review bc he went above what was expected. Way to be that guy.

This store has some of the best customer service I've ever seen. I needed some special paint edge tools. Called them up and Phil let me know they were out of stock but hunted some down in another store. Called and confirmed they had them too! This was all in a matter of minutes and wins me over for future business. Highly recommend!

Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient with the exception of the Cedar Park store. The gentleman that was on duty on Friday 2/15 around 2:00pm at.cedar park store needs to watch the guys at the round rock store in action. They know what customer service is all about. Maybe he had a bad day but I sure don't want to be treated again the way he treated me. On the other hand, kudos to the crew in Round Rock on I 35.

I had our clinic at The Joint painted with Sherwin-Williams Paint back in 2013, so the paint I had left over for touch ups was too old and and thrown out. I made the mistake of going to Home Depot and trying to match the paint but it was way off and looked terrible. So after finding out the paint was actually from SW I did some research to see if they had a record of what color we used and no luck, so I called and they said they can match it. I brought in a sample from the wall but it was too small for their reader. Gabriel was helping me, he brought out his sample cards and took one of the paint chips I brought in and said this is the best match, I said give me a gallon because I was prepared to paint the whole wall because I was not convinced it would match. I told Gabriel I needed a flat and he said no its a Satin finish based on the sample I brought in and it was a tiny sample. Anyway, we tried to touch up first to see if the color was even close and it turns out it was a PERFECT MATCH! Gabriel was extremely professional and knowledgable and saved me a ton! Thanks Gabriel!

Very helpful staff in advising me on the types of paint and methods needed to do a successful job on the back of my house. Their system made it very easy for me to call back and order another gallon of paint too! It was ready in minutes and ready for me to pickup.

Tessa was the most kind and helpful person! I was so confused and desperate to get the paint I needed and I had no idea what I need, she got me the best option and just was so awesome and patient the entire time I was there even though they were busy!

I've used a few different paint purveyors in my time here in Round Rock. Of the 4 or 5, I by far prefer Sherwin-Williams. Doesn't matter what I'm after, they always seem to have it, or a perfect match. Anytime I've gone elsewhere I kick myself for not going to S-W first. Great service, best products, and cleanest store.

Joseph gave me the information I needed to understand my issues and helped me get it corrected. Paint looks great. Thanks again.

👍👍I had some issues with the paint on my ft door. I was told it was out of warranty. Even though the door was out of warranty, they checked the door for me and decided the issue was something they should warranty.
They refinished the door and it looks great.

Went today to get a paint match and it was EXACT! Don’t go to anywhere else for paint matches because I’ve had zero success with them. It cost me about $30 for one gallon.
— We used them about 4 years ago for some low VOC paint and it still looks great. I’ve gone in the past for pain matches and they always come through.

I needed some touch up paint for my house and this is the only location that carries KB Homes interior paint color. I believe its called "eggshell white" not 100% sure I forget in the moment. KB reps lie and tell you that you can get it at any Sherwin Williams just go in and say you live in a KB home and they'll know. Nope not the case. This color is made specially for KB Homes in 5 gallon buckets they have to open those and pour them into the gallon cans if you want just a gallon. No other location (I went to Pflugerville location first) nor store has it nor can match it (trust me I tried having Home Depot match it and they failed). Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Niki was the freaking bomb. Helped us find exactly what we needed and let us know about a coupon they had without us even asking. Great customer service!

As always the service was great And the staff very knowledgable and friendly. I always enjoy walking into a Sherwin Williams store especially the one in Round Rock as that's where I live.
