Nadina is the best 7 11 employee I have ever come across and I've lived in 8 different states...she is THE ONLY ONE who fixed me a pizza instead of saying we don't sell food after 10pm...thank you so much

Machines are down, no big deal right? Well not with this store owner/manager. Instead of being nice about it, he told his customers to “get lost” I know im just one person but I will avoid this 711 all cost

Women in the morning is always on her phone and rude. It’s almost like it better when she’s on her phone. I usually will walk out when I see her behind the counter. No wonder they can’t keep employees.

This locations slurpee machines are always down or say they are working and just shoot out liquid or just nothing at all.. you had you job edit one month later this location is still a joke and doesn’t deserve the 7-Eleven name

I think that it's not only rude but absolutely wrong for someone to intervene in a transaction that is already in progress! Its confusing and, I honestly feel that I lost money. I think that if an employee is dealing with somone.he/she should be the only one interacting . I am completely dissatisfied with this store. The manager is completely disrespectful and has no respect for his employees!! He needs some serious management skills!

Probably the WORST 7/11 I’ve been in. The staff are RUDE. The owners wife needs to learn what customer service is. EVERYONE at this location is beyond disrespectful and rude. Spend your money elsewhere

This place is a joke, none of the slurpees work, it’s absolutely disgusting always , employees have zero desire to do anything about either and are always smoking cigarettes right outside the door

Went there this evening wanting to purchase some lottery tickets using my coupons I received from Michigan Lottery. Was told they don't take any coupons at that location because manager disabled that feature because he doesn't want to be bothered with that🤨😠😡How rude!! The cashier was very pleasant and apologized for my inconvenience

Very rude people . One employee yelled at me because I tried to use the Slurpee machine and I didn't notice the red light was on indicaticating it wasn't ready to use. Then tells me to put the litter on when I used the other machine.He said it twice in a rude matter and ment to say lid not litter. I misunderstood the amount when I payed the cashier because he didn't pronounce the amount properly. Please learn to speak proper English if you own or work in a customer service job and learn to be courteous!
