Hard workers very busy with the drive up service. I love the place and especially the cafe mocha..2 raw sugars extra espresso shot!!! Heaven

This is the best Starbucks I've been to!! Always friendly, and fast!! Everything tastes better at this location

I was impressed with all of the employees and how they were handling the rush of orders coming through. Though Nathan did stand out to me. I saw him start his shift in the middle of the rush and was able to jump right in making drinks and helping out. Even after a rude customer came in and insisted her drinks need to be made before everyone else’s, he stayed polite and didn’t let her ruin his day. With all of this happening, my drink came out delicious!

I order through the mobile app at least once per week. This is the third time someone has taken my drink by mistake (or maybe not - who knows). Each time the employees have been happy to make them again. They are kind and quick! I know it’s not the employees fault - just the jerks who don’t look at the names on the cup then take it.

A very nice Starbucks. I was able to peacefully listen to the Manwagon podcast wherever you get your podcasts. It is also my go-to location for doing school work every now and then. This place was clean, and the service was excellent!

I completely recommend this location! The staff are always nice and helpful. I attempted to order something off the secret menu trying to achieve that oreo party in my mouth effect and the person taking my order suggested I try the drink this way. She was right it is way better! On the down side I am completely hooked on the taste and It's mostly the only drink we order from Starbucks now

Great customer service. Very good barista there. The coffee and drinks were perfectly made. I wish they bring pistachio latte back.

I like this location a lot. They are efficient. Customer service is on point. My only thing is it's extremely busy and so it's a bit cramped and you may have to wait a little longer than you expect for your order.

Very nice store with a dark atmosphere. More dark than most Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

We got pumpkin spiced everything and leisured near the counter. (Not the serving area, the laptop counter with all the seats) Clean, lovely atmosphere, great food. Pumpkin spiced cream cheese muffin paired with a cold brew pumpkin spiced coffee. Delish.

This Starbucks gets five stars from me because of the day manager Raven, he runs that shift extremely well never a complaint from me

I recently visited Starbucks Livonia, and I must say that it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Located in a convenient spot, the atmosphere inside the café was cozy, welcoming, and well-lit. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and displayed excellent knowledge of their menu.

The beverage selection at Starbucks Livonia was extensive, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. From classic favorites like lattes and cappuccinos to creative seasonal concoctions, there was something for everyone. What stood out to me was the consistent quality of their drinks. Each beverage was expertly crafted, with the perfect balance of flavors and carefully frothed milk.

Short wait time at the drive thru. Friendly staff and great coffee!

Many years ago I worked at Starbucks and this is the only store in my area that I feel still has that "third place" Starbucks feel. My drinks are consistent, correct and delicious, the baristas are helpful, patient and efficient, and there's always a great variety of retail.
If you're a whole bean buyer I highly recommend the new Green Apron Blend!

My drink was exactly what I ordered. It was done quickly and with a smile. My dog loved her pup cup too!

This is the best Starbucks around. The employees are friendly and they are so consistent with the quality of the drinks served. I know that when I order either in-store or online, it’ll be exactly what I want. And when I complimented the store manager on their service, he made sure to share it with all the employees.

they’re super nice and always have drinks out asap. of course today was red cup day at starbucks, but the staff handled it very well and were super professional. everyone kept their cool and allowed customers to cancel their order and thanked those of us who waited.

My drink is consistently perfect at this location. Sometimes they run a little long on the wait times but you never know what's going on behind the scenes so I'm pretty patient about it. 👍
