I have been going to this location for many years and have had consistently good customer service. Recently, late on a Friday, we had a malfunction with one of our phones. I called and spoke with Hannah. She was kind, patient, funny and helpful. She helped us brainstorm various solutions and made a frustrating situation significantly better. Thanks, Hannah!

Josie P went out of her way to be super helpful and patient while we were purchasing a new phone.

Sarah helped get me set up with a new phone. She was extremely patient and worked diligently to get everything transferred from my old phone to the new one. I would recommend her to anyone, she is absolutely top notch!

Not sure if it's Kat or Cat, but either way she is amazing. Saved me money on things I was paying for and didn't need, found a business discount for my escavation company. Given her my gratitude!

Miss Sara Keen helped me save tons on my bill all while giving me the latest plans, and 2 new phones!! Best rep I have ever dealt with at any store! She deserves a raise and promotion. Good service gets sales!!

I'm part of the older generation and I just say in my experience I have not met many young men who carry themselves with such respect as Dennis did. He was friendly and willing to talk to me and listen to me. He wasn't pushy he offered me solutions and made me feel like a person and not a money sign. Thank you Dennis and thank you for Verizon.

So my phone crashed! I though it was done for. But the young lady working today had it back on in just a few minutes. I think her name was Sarah. She’s good at what she does that’s for sure. I’ll be back to see her when it’s time to upgrade.

Jordan spent over two hours helping us upgrade 3 phones and our service. While we struggled with passwords and such, he was patient, knowledgeable, and great to work with. This is the Jordan with the cool Eldredge knot in his tie! Great experience!

I was in a bind coming in 15 minutes before closing, in need of a new phone & contract and was graciously assisted by Erica and Josh. They were very helpful and quick working to get me set up w/ everything I needed. It is so nice to receive such wonderful service, so grateful for them!

Brad McNew was phenomenal! Extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was very transparent and honest, which I appreciated so very much after my last experience with another Verizon rep. Brad got us the best deal and didn’t try to take advantage of an up sale, but assisted my parents and I with all the questions and any issues we had. Wonderful guy! Would recommend him to anyone.

Had a small issue and stopped by. They were covered up it seamed and someone spoke a soon as I walked in. It was just a minute or two a nice young gentleman came to help. I had made a new purchase at another store and had a question. He took the time to help and show me what I needed to know and seemed happy to help. Super friendly. Not like a lot of other stores. He ended up helping me with an account issue I also had. Must better place than it use to be couple years ago.

I've always been a Verizon customer and received great service from this location. When in the store recently I didn't realize it had transitioned to an authorized retail store and I had an issue that the prior manager had agreed to resolve. The new staff didn't hesitate to assist me. Mike made a call to get me a refund and helped me get what I needed at a great price! The store now offers chairs and stools while waiting, unlike before. They brought me bottled water while I waited. The entire staff was dressed sharp and professional. Needless to say, I was impressed and won't hesitate to work with them in the future!

I went to this store after spending 2 hours on the phone with customer service and getting no where. The reps at this store are extremely knowledgeable, and willing to take the extra time to help. Travis was super friendly and personable. He turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. I even ended up upgrading my phone while I was there! It was a pleasure working with him.

Came in and bought my phone from Trevor today. He met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. The absolute best experience I’ve ever had. He helped make sure everything was transferred from my old device to my new one. I would definitely recommend asking for him!

Had a fantastic experience at this store! The new owners have made the place much more comfortable--Chairs at the counter while you set up your new phone? Yes, thank you! Reagan helped my husband and me upgrade our phones and found a way for us to basically get each one at half off. He also found all the discounts we could qualify for so that our monthly bill isn't completely insane. The staff there pitched in as time allowed to help transfer our apps, contacts, etc. to the new devices. It was an outstanding experience, and I'm so glad they have invested in our community by keeping the store going there.

Great experience!!! We went to this Verizon Retailer because my phone was on it's last breath and the company store was closed, with not appointments available for 2 weeks. Well, I may never go back to the company store again. The employees were extremely knowledgable and friendly. The transition was easy. Most importantly, they were upfront about charges and fees and did not attempt to hide anything from us. My blood pressure stayed level and the experience was quick and professional. BRAVO!

Absolutely a great experience! If anyone has any issues I suggest stopping in and talking to Hannah. Had a problem with one of my lines and she went out of her way to take care of everything. She was helpful, patient and understanding of my situation. Verizon is lucky to have an associate like Hannah Dendy, someone who is willing to go above and beyond to help.
