CVS

We came in here to get photos for a passport renewal and it was a fantastic experience. As soon as we walked in, an employee, Juan, greeted us and led us to the photos section of the store when we asked. There was no line or reservation needed. Juan helped us through the whole process including taking the photos, printing them, cutting them and giving us envelopes to carry the photos so they wouldn't get damaged. Juan was a huge help and we were in and out of the store in 10 minutes with our photos.

Every time I go to CVS in the Rittenhouse location 18th and Chestnut I am always greeted by great people like Edith and Marian who are always moving and so very helpful with everyone. They both are professional but also very kind hearted and my experience every time i go to them is Perfection.

Came in for a vaccine appointment here. The pharmacy manager was incredibly helpful answering all my questions and had a great touch giving vaccines! It was literally painless and effortless. Will be coming back again. Thanks again for being so helpful!

Well-staffed Rx department, pretty good for a major institution that sells just about every personal need at one time or another. It's a CVS, a business. It's busy. It wouldn't be where it is if it wasn't busy. I've done a lot of shopping there, including meds, both Rx and over-the-counter, for around 20 years, and I like just about everything about it. Vast selection of goods, dependable, always there. Never had a problem. Open around-the-clock. To me, that's five stars.

Amazing!! Hands down the best CVS in Philly... the staff were very friendly well trained and helpful... pharmacy helped woth my problem right away and prescribed the right meds that helped immediately... the manager was amazing!! Literally stopped a shoplifter in front of me and still held her composure and grace... she assisted me with a moneygram and was so helpful with my refund... would give 6 stars on the manager alone if possible!!! do yourself a favor and visit this CVS and make it your next stop shop... you won't regret it... To the manager of CVS of Chestnut st... Thank you soo much ma'am for your excellent service and smile... completely made my day... you have a customer for life... cheers

Very, very convenient. Fast, easy, friendly. Could not ask for more, other than longer hours for the pharmacy. But this is a great CVS in a great location.
