Excellent store!! They had what I needed, the customer service was outstanding!! I will come back.

I picked up my normal vitamin pack and Matt rang it up. Before he bagged it, he asked if anyone had ever gone over the vitamin pack and how to break it up. No one had. He proceeded to show and tell me, using the vitamin package, which ones to take in the morning and which two were better to take at night. He explained why and I was very impressed. Matt really knows his products and I came away educated and quite pleased. Thank you very much Matt!

Love to get good quality vitamins here. Just wish they would stay stalked up

Showed up today, 06/02/2023, at 4:09 pm and the place was closed down. Updated hours for this exact day were posted on the door as 11-5, yet they still weren’t open during that time slot that the altered for this specific day. This place is outrageous, this happens on a weekly basis. They are closed more than they are open during their “open” hours. If there was a vitamin shoppe in town I would gladly give them my business.

Stopped by to pick up protein, lights on and the gate is down so it looks like Someone is on lunch. Not a big deal, hang around the mall for a while and check back an hour later still nothing. Call, no answer. Same issue a month ago and figured it was a fluke. Guess not.

They are never ever ever open!!!!!! At least have your hours posted somewhere so I know when to come! When I call the hours are 10-9 but yet not one person is in the store.

This store is never open when I get there. Apparently they open all different hours whenever they feel like coming in.
Not very happy about it because I drive over an hour every time!

Very disappointed I needed to get an emergency container of my protein shake and they couldn't even open up on time, even waited for 30minutes
