We have been very happy with our home after moving in at the beginning of November this past year. The house is very solid, excellent quality, and very cost-effective for heating during this past colder winter.
The design coordinator and project manager were very responsive and my wife and I were able to develop a strong trust in them. They most definitely surpassed our expectations to get the features we desired.
We lived four hours away while the home was being constructed and the build process was easy to monitor.

Leslie was able to squeeze my husband and I in last minute before the holidays. We really appreciate that. Her knowledge of the floorplans was phenomenal. We will be looking forward to working with c&m for our future home!

We built with C&M in the Hillcrest neighborhood. The design of the neighborhood is fantastic, with great walking and a park. We’ve never been through the home building process before but the team at C&M made the whole experience seamless! Communication was great and they worked with us within our budget. If we build in the future we’ll be looking up C&M.

Our experience with C&M was wonderful. Each person we spoke with was so professional and became a family when our home was completed. We had absolutely no issues at all. Well small issues maybe, however each person involved stepped forward and assisted us accordingly. I am highly recommending to friends if they are wanting to build that C&M would do a wonderful job for them as they did for us. Our home is everything we had hoped and then some. I could go on and on about our great experience with C&M, however, my thought is you've gotten the drift of how I feel.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about C&M Home Builders. We relocated to Eau Claire from Appleton and were very pleased by how smooth the transition was. We fell in love with the model home we toured and found the perfect lot for us in a C&M development. Rachael our designer was so easy to work with and gave us lots of options while also being mindful of our budget. There are so many materials and practices that C&M includes in every home that other builders would charge as upgrades. We love our new home.

Excellent Builder! I don’t even know where to start with the outstanding service and attention to detail C&M provided with my home build. I built a packaged home several months ago in one of their new developments and am beyond happy with the quality of a home. Building a new home can be stressful but anytime I had questions, they were immediately answered that day by Calvin. He was very courteous and kept us up to date with the process. I also interacted with Molly a couple times who was a delight and very kind and sweet. There were a few of their subcontractors that I had met and spoke with which were all very friendly and knowledgeable.

The focus on energy is a huge benefit. I didn’t think much of it while building until I moved in during winter and experienced my first summer in my home. There were zero hot spots and cold spots and the house stays evenly heated and cooled. These homes are sealed tight, keep that in mind your first year for condensation.

I am not understanding the negative feedback regarding the homebuilding process. There are certain items such as granite, extra concrete or certain landscaping items that are not standard in the homes and are considered an upgrade. There is clearly a difference between what is standard and what is an upgrade and they will work with you to make sure you understand. I highly recommend C&M for your next build!!!

When I couldn't find a preowned home to meet my needs, I decided to build with C&M Builders. I loved their home designs and the area of Walnut Grove was right where I wanted to live in Eau Claire so it was an easy decision to make. I had many interior options to choose from and I love how everything came together to create my gorgeous home! The staff was so friendly and easy to work with. 4 days after I moved in, a water main incident down the street resulted in my fully finished basement being 3/4 flooded. C&M was right there with a fast response to get the basement dried out and new carpet is going to be installed in a couple of days. I was so happy to find out how responsive C&M is and how they stood behind me to get this unfortunate situation resolved. I'm looking forward to my basement being brand new again soon! I highly recommend C&M Builders to anyone who is planning to build a new home in the Eau Claire or surrounding area!

C&M made our dream home a reality.

Everyone involved in the process was great. Adam, our project manager, worked closely with us to get the design of our house exactly the way we envisioned it. Molly was fantastic to work with. She has an excellent eye for design and was able to take our Pinterest ideas and turn them into a modern prairie/mid-century fusion with an elegant touch. Jean was also very helpful. She kept us up to date all the way through the project in regards to the budget. And, of course, there are all of the subcontractors – Gibson Electric, Busser Concrete, and R&L Tile just to name a few. The individuals we worked with were so polite and helpful. They made the project a lot of fun.

Our new home was completed on time and under budget. We moved in at the end of January, and we couldn’t be happier. The new house is beautiful, and our family and friends have all been very impressed with the final product. We look forward to many years of enjoying this home. If we ever had to build again, we would be glad to choose C&M as our builder.

My wife and I are so grateful to of had the opportunity to build with C&M. We started our building project in the fall of 2019 and finished in June of 2020. We are coming up on our 1 year mark and yesterday some of their crew was out to touch up any paint or small things we have noticed in our first year of living in the house. They went above and beyond our expectations. The attention to details they gave our house yesterday was amazing. I enjoy being able to talk with their employees about questions I have or just being able to joke with them in conversations. It’s been a wonder experience for us!

We just moved into our beautiful C&M Kennedy Twin Home in the Moon Lake subdivision in Rice Lake. We LOVE our home! The attention to detail throughout the house is amazing and the staff we worked with throughout were top notch. We first came across C & M Properties & Construction during the Parade of Homes in 2010. They had 2 custom homes in the Parade that year. I remember walking into the first one and thinking how I wished that it was my home. Not only was I impressed by the craftsmanship and the attention to detail throughout the home, but with speaking to Molly during that visit assured me that they would be a great choice as a custom builder. Later touring the second home in the Parade we had the same feeling of Wow! We met Cody and he showed us some of the benefits of building with them, Focus on Energy Certified being a big one. After visiting both of those homes about 3-4 times during the Parade we were convinced that C & M would be the Builder for us.

About 1 year later we bought a lot and started the construction process. It was so easy when you had a Team like Cody and Molly. Meetings for every major decision kept us informed and up to date on the progress. Friends would ask us how we could ever make all those decisions during the building process, and my answer was always "It was Easy". Cody was always there with any questions or concerns we had during the construction, and Molly was there for every detail going into the home. From wall colors, flooring choices & cabinetry to siding colors, lighting & hardware, Molly has a gift that transformed our construction site into a home to enjoy for years.

We have been in our home a little over a year now and still as pleased with the outcome as the day we moved in. We get so may compliments on all the great details that were suggested to us by Cody & Molly. The whole process went by so smooth and quick that I actually miss it a bit and look forward to doing it again someday. I can honestly say that if you are looking for a builder that keeps you on time, on budget and more importantly completely satisfied, C & M Properties & Construction is a Great Choice!
