Starbucks

Love it here! We had our dog with for the first time, and one of the lovely employees there offered her a pup cup! She then held the cup for Leila to enjoy (she was pretty happy herself! lol). We don't usually have her with her, so it was a happy surprise!

Great service, everything is delicious! Bethany is amazing! She always goes above and beyond! Luis is new & doing a fab job! They are all wonderful! Give them all bonuses & raises!

The service is great. I found myself in a position where I ordered a Chai Tea Latte with Pumpkin Cold Foam on the app. It is SO good. About an hour in I realized I forgot to add the most important part, the espresso. I came back into the location and asked if I could buy a quad shot to add and Bea insisted she make me a new coffee with espresso, also providing recommendations of blonde espresso. I appreciate the kindness and great service. Great job Bea!

I went through the drive thru while I was in town and I believe the girls name was Bea, she was the absolute most delightful person. She was super respectful, really nice and just overall amazing experience!

Just visited this store this morning (11/6 @ 8:10 am) & cashier was super helpful & sweet. I don't visit too frequently, but I'll be back, thanks to her service.

This is a great Starbucks! I was with my youngest son. I wanted to treat him to a caffeine free drink and buy him a cup. I also wanted to treat my other son to a drink and a cup too. Which I had to bring home being he was gone for the day. I was having a hard time getting on my app to get to my gift cards for payment so I finally reset my password. Everyone was so kind, calm and understanding. Especially Bailey the very kind lady who was checking us out. I kept apologizing. She told me it’s ok not to worry at all. I started telling her I just had a major surgery about a couple weeks ago and I’m still having some confusion amnesia from it. When I was finally on my app to pay with my gift cards I asked her if I had enough money to buy myself a drink. She said yes I still had quite a bit. Bailey then told me she would buy me a drink on her. I told her she didn’t have to do that. She said she really wanted to and she understood what I was going through being someone close to her had the same surgery. She asked me what kind of drink I would like and I told her anything she recommended. She made one of her favorites. It was so good! I can’t remember the name of it. I also have been feeling really suicidal before and after surgery which I never let the world or anyone know at all until yesterday and now. I feel I need to explain this whole great experience in detail. I had tears in my eyes and told Bailey that her buying me a drink and her and everyone so kind at this Starbucks yesterday made me realize there is good and still good people in the world! Bailey’s kindness turned my whole mood around! Some of the horrible mean people that laughed at me after this nice experience, Bailey’s niceness overpowered those mean people! My son and I left the Altoona Starbucks in a great positive mood being he has struggles he has been dealing with also with people being mean. I want to thank Bailey for her sweet caring professional kindness! You never know what’s going on in someone’s life and kindness from someone else can go along way! I’m still very happy and excited this morning (the next day) for her covering the cost to buy me a drink. Thank you so much Bailey and all the kind workers at this store! We will be back! Best Starbucks I believe in the Eau Claire area! Highly recommend!

My goal in going here was to get my Souvineer mug of Wisconsin; sadly, they were out of stock and had no recommendations where to aquire one. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but they couldn't solve my problem.
All other aspects of this Starbucks was great!

Good oj and breakfast sandwich was good. First time visiting and will be back at some point to try the coffee

My friend and i came here to grab something to drink and get some food. They were very very friendly and polite. they even gave us a free drink which has never happened to us before! definitely made our day better

We always stop in for coffee after running errands. The kids (I say kids because they are MUCH younger than me) that work there have always been great so nice, we also order a pup cup and they are so cute when they see our dog.

Excellent customer service! Cake pops are my daughter's favorite! She tried the sausage and cheddar sandwich as well today and really liked it! Thank you!

My boyfriend and I love our coffee for this company. He always gets the White Chocolate Mocha! I normally get the Mocha Cookie Crumble. Great staff and service! Highly recommend!

Yummy as always!!! And they were out of peppermint when I was going to order, but the truck was there with the shipment and they went and found the peppermint box for me!!! Super customer service!!!!

Any time Luke is on bar he makes the best cold brews, he really brightened up a busy Christmas Eve morning!! :)
