My order is always correct and speedy service. This morning I placed an order wrong and when I picked it up I was like shoot! I need to replace this but the girl who helped me was so kind and remade it for me even though it was my fault. She was peppy and sweet and I wish more customer service workers were like her! I don’t have her name but whoever was working around 11:30 this morning - you’re the best! Kudos to you!

Did a mobile order and got everything I ordered. I had to try the churro items they had available. Everything tasted amazing and I could tell it was fresh. Iced coffee was so good it didn't last long!

The strawberry frosted donuts are my favorite, and they offer all sorts of other good donut options. Great variety on coffee, very customizable and not expensive at all!

I always receive good service here. Friendly faces. The measure of good customer service is not if they make mistakes, but if they are willing to make things right no questions asked. I've had a couple order mishaps, but have always had resolution in a timely manner. I would recommend this Dunkin' location

Merchandise is always in perfect display, coffee is simiconsistant, depends on the time of day and if you modify your order, but that's anywhere, it's still my go to place for morning and evening coffee.

I have had many experiences here with goyl friend and we have been very satisfied. The employees have a lot of fun and they got a big smile that exists behind the masks that these responsible employees wear. I am a big fan of their power breakfast sandwich, hot chocolate, and their fresh hot coffee. Even when they are very busy they do a very good job of ensuring that orders are correct and am a proud weekly usual of this place!

Went here July 2 and got drinks for me and my girlfriend. Barista was nice and recommend me a good drink size. Drinks were super good

This location is amazing. My girlfriend and I go here at least twice a day, and every worker is incredibly nice. We've went there between once and three times a day for months and they have yet to mess up an order. I feel like I can't tip them enough. They do everything right. Definitely an amazing location.

I was super impressed with this store. I didn't realize that they closed at 7, and my family and I got there at 6:45. The lady was so kind and helpful. And after she made us our stuff...she even said we didn't have to rush out of we didn't want. I will definitely go there again.

Great place, happy staff, have a far longer line than Starbucks... That is a compliment. People like the service and it is quick and we'll priced. Use the Dunkin Ap on your phone and save $$$.

Get coffee and donuts pretty regularly from here. Always impressed at how quickly they keep the drive-thru line moving and have never had a mistake made on any of my orders. Great place!

Stopped by for a warm beverage after a uncomfortably cold dinner.
They were out of decaf being close to closing time and the girl working apologized and explained. She was friendly and accommodating and able to provide another decaf option. She was great, and just what I needed after the previous terrible experience.

Before I came to Dunkin, I was a mess. I haven’t showered or had a haircut since March. My wife filed for divorce and got custody of my 9 children. I was on the verge of ending it all. Until I got my small cold brew with cream and vanilla.

After Dylan said “you’re total is $3.05”, my perspective on life did a 180°. I’ve started my own charity named in honor of him (Dylan’s Cold Brew Charity), saved a pet from dying in a house fire, and ended hunger in Eau Claire. Thank you, Dylan!

I stop literally every day before work. For the longest time I didn’t know how the points with the app worked so I wasn’t using it. Then one day, one of the ladies asked me if I had the app and showed me how to use it! It’s so simple. They know me by my order, I don’t even have to tell them most of the time! Every single day I get an “I’ll see you tomorrow!”

Cannot hardly make it through the city without a stop at Dunkin. Preordering with the app is very convenient and has it benefits. Earning points with each purchase gets you a free beverage or coffee after meeting the requirements.
