I ordered some bed rails for my father's hospital bed from Cascade Healthcare Solutions. I chose this company because the price was the best. Customer service was wonderful. The item arrived quickly and was just as expected. Very nice experience.

Dealing with a chronic illness of a loved one is always very difficult. There are many things that need to be done along with dealing with many people in the medical world. For the most part everyone I have dealt with has been very nice but the Cascade Healthcare Solutions Company were exceptional. I bought a dialysis table from Kevin L, who was totally awesome. He was so sweet, patient and understanding. He also has a gift that I have never experienced before but I could literally feel his sincerity regarding my plight through the telephone. He was so sincere that it made me cry and a good way. I thank him and his company, who by the way was the most reasonable price of all the places I looked at for the cart I needed. I cannot give this company enough praise and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants to buy from a top notch company. GOOD JOB Cascade Healthcare Solutions!!!❤

Cascade Healthcare Solutions Is one of the best companies I have ever worked with for my disability. I ordered a mattress for my bed, it was delivered quickly, on time and at the lowest price on the internet. If I need any information, they are on top of it and send me the information I need and/or help me on the phone. I have spoken and emailed Kevin L. multiple times for different reasons. He has always been kind, professional, understanding, and willing go well beyond what is asked. We had a little difficulty receiving our order, at first I was concerned. However, once customer service was involved, everything was resolved. Cascade Healthcare has some of the best customer service I have even experienced. It feels like they sincerely care about helping me find and get what I need. They have excellent follow up.

As an aside I highly recommend a roll-on pain relief product they sell called Therapain Plus. I have been using it for many years and find it to be the best of its type for my chronic neck and head pain.

Purchased a wheelchair cushion that had to be ordered. I just want to say that I ordered some arm platform supports for my son and they were shipped out in less than 2 days. The gentleman Kevin was EXTREMELY helpful when I called to check on my order and had a wonderful sense of humor which is sometimes absent nowadays!! He was so nice and courteous I will definitely be ordering from here again!! The price and quality of the product were also better than expected!

I had put an order in for a rolator walker for my husband. I called the company as the shopping is 2-3 days, and I hadn’t received my order. The gentleman I spoke with put my order as a rush order. I received my package the next day. Great customer service.
