If I could give Joseph's Hardware 10 stars, I would! I came in today to get some parts to connect my dishwasher under my sink. This was my first time ever working on plumbing. Before I came into the store, I was feeling pretty intimidated and frustrated and was about ready to give up and call a plumber. The associates were all super nice and Kate Curtis completely turned my day around. She helped me figure out what I needed and gave me super detailed info on what steps to take and how to avoid leaks. Thanks to Kate's help I was able to get the job done myself. THANK YOU!

I went to Josephs' the first time yesterday, and it was a great experience!

Before going in, I reached out to one of the employees, Matt, to inquire about a project, and he responded promptly with helpful info. When I got to the store, he helped me carry in my project materials and included me throughout the whole process of prepping what I needed for my project. He invited me into their workshop to confirm measurements for crossbars that I needed, and he went over various options for final measurements we could cut and the price points.

I really appreciate him taking the time to help me think through my whole shopping list (confirming recommendations for each item), and I'm excited to use Josephs' in the future!

Joseph’s hardware is truly anything and everything I could ever want at a hardware store. Their employees feel like family, whether or not they know it. They are the father I never got to have there. They are caring, kind, compassionate, patient and helpful. I want to invite everyone of their employees to Thanksgiving and Christmas, and they all deserve Father’s Day cards. (Regardless of gender)
They never make me feel stupid, even when I clearly have no idea what I am doing. This is a good group of people. I want to add Joseph’s hardware into my will. (Probably won’t though)

If I could give 25 stars I would. I can not say enough amazing things about Joseph’s Hardware! Everyone is incredibly helpful, especially Kate who’s an expert at all things plumbing. I’ve had an issue with my shower / tub and she was so kind to text, call, and walk me through the process of what I needed. I told her I’d be back at the store in 20 minutes to get the parts she suggested, when I walked into the store they had the parts ready for me at the checkout. If you want one on one service with folks who actually want to help you out, this is the place to go!

I love going there with my little dog Zeke. We love just snooping around to find something else new there. Plus he just loves Aktis who works there.

The best hardware store in the neighborhood. Hands down! Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and if they don't have it, they'll help you find it!

Cool store! Great selection of just about everything. They have beautiful decor items for the holidays. Attentive employees and nice people.

Customer service was awesome. Got greeted with a smile. I’ve actually never been to a hardware store with better service in my life. My only complaint is the card readers. I think I speak on behalf of the staff and the customers when I say it would be much appreciated if you guys had cars readers that worked well. This doesn’t change the fact that I loved my experience… not at all… I just think it would help you guys out if you had better card readers.

Kate is very helpful with my plumbing questions. I really appreciate how they genuinely care about customer service!

My favorite local hardware store. They always have everything you need and very helpful and knowledgeable. There is also a huge amount of rental items if you need something for a weekend project but cannot commit to keeping a tool in your garage forever. Feels like a small town Hallmark movie spot.

This hardware store is a life saver. I came in 15 mins before closing to get an urgently needed replacement bolt for my car's brake caliper (not a commonly stocked bolt elsewhere, even C&D and the dealership didn't have them) and found the exact bolt I required. I was able to purchase only the quantity I needed and was out the door quickly. These folks have helped me out before with difficult plumbing repairs and always offer expertise and great service. Save yourself some time and shop here first.

Great local hardware store. Nice and knowledgeable staff. So nice to have this nearby without having to go to one of the big box stores. Great that they have a huge assortment of individual bolts, nuts, screws, etc for that DIY project. We often are able to find exactly what we need, when the big stores don’t have it.

Fort Collins is a land filled with random shops with outdated websites and dead phonelines. Machine shops and other manufacturing places were unresponsive, some even after giving me a quote. But then, a shining light came through. Joseph's Hardware & Home Center. A modern webpage, and when I called them, they picked up on the first ring. That day, I only needed a single hole drilled, but they made two--one through the piece I was working on, and one to my heart, securing it's place for if I ever need random woodwork done right away. The customer service! 10/10 would go again tysm

Chris helped me with paint last night and was beyond patient! He advised on color choices and finishes, helping me feel confident with the choices we made…something that is hard to do. I’ll definitely return to Joseph’s for his expertise!

I like going here to grab what I need, quick easy to items. I recommend going there!!

Joseph’s hardware seems like a great store and nearly every employee was more than helpful with exception of Sean in the paint deportment. We bought 2 gallons of paint, started our project and returned to 7 buy more. The new paint was different than the first. I supplied the code. Seam said he had a few options when typing in the code and instead of asking me what the color ratios were (which I had) he just picked one and didn’t mention it. I call to explain the situation and ask for two gallons of the new color to replace the first two. He tells me to come in and he would mix it up. We drive 40 minutes to get the paint and he said they were out. He seemed disinterested in helping and burdened by our $450 sale. I get mistakes happen but there wasn’t an apology, inventory check or understanding.

Again Joseph’s Hardware is a great store and all other employees were extremely helpful. I’m not sure why the guy works there when he clearly doesn’t want to.

I have no intention of deterring business to you, I just felt you should be aware of the issue. Everyone else was above and beyond. Two separate people brought me carts without asking, one offered to help me to the car and they were both happy and helpful.

I just discovered these folks today and I am incredibly impressed with their prices. I am an electrician and was browsing their wire and while their supply isn't huge, they beat out most other places by half the price! I left with some decent insulated work gloves and another pair as well, for again, about half the price of the other guys(home depot, lowes etc.) I can't wait to go back and really check out all the other stock they have!

Have been all over town looking for replacement shower valves, they are old, and Josephs hardware has them plus a ton more. Exceptional service.
