Snooze never disappoints, I’ve come her for brunch many times and it’s always a hit. There will be a wait on the weekends so check in online or put your name down and walk around downtown for a few minutes, 10/10 worth it. We got their breakfast burritos and tacos and they were so good, the burrito is a lot of food so I recommend splitting! The pineapple upside pancakes also hit as does the OMG French toast. There’s something for everyone so if you want brunch and a good time, come to snooze!

Snooze Ft Collins is my go to brunch destination. Being from Cheyenne , it is well worth the 40 minute drive to get there. I love the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff. It seems they love working there and I always leave uplifted from the energy they have. Service has always been top notch. Very laid back and I always enjoy the different t-shirts the staff wear. Management is obviously great based on how well the morning rushes flow. Food is always excellent. My personal favorite is the funky monkey French toast (when available). I also enjoy the OMG French toast and eggs to order are always spot on. Can’t beat the mimosas either!!! Weekends can be hectic but well worth the wait. So impressed with this location. You will not be disappointed. Thank you snooze for uplifting my spirits and filling my belly with deliciousness!!!

I very consistently love the food, service, and atmosphere here. If you're showing up during weekend mornings, expect a decent wait. But getting on and off the wait-list is a breeze, and they are very efficient and friendly. Coming here during less busy times is a no-brainer. Great variety of healthy and less caloric fare, too. I highly recommend this Snooze location! 👍

Snooze, an a.m. eatery, on Mountain Avenue, is one of the best breakfast restaurants in Fort Collins if you are craving pancakes, eggs, etc. The food was great, especially the French toast, with the thick toast, fresh berries, poured sugar, and warm maple syrup. The restaurant is a little crowded, but that is expected with a small downtown restaurant and a busy morning. However, the service here is great, and the people are some of the nicest at a restaurant. Overall, I love this restaurant, and I plan to come back soon. Thanks so much!

The French toast was exotic and decadent with vanilla mascarpone and caramel sauce. It wasn't too sweet which I really appreciate. Everything we ordered here was a hit. The hash brown was so good! You get decent vegetarian and vegan options here.

My family has been loving Snooze Fort Collins since the day it opened and has been one of our most favorite spots for breakfast and awesome pancake flavors 🥞🍳 Every menu item is unique, and full of fresh ingredients! Plus, they do so many things within the company to give back locally to the community and to help the environment ♻💞

Wait time on Sunday was about 50 minutes but we used the yelp waiting list feature so by the time we got there we waited only a few minutes.

Order:

Pancake flight, Blueberry, strawberry and pineapple. These were amazing. The pancakes themselves are fluffy but moist. All the topping are great.

The breakfast sandwich on a pretzel roll bun is perfect every time. Ordered with the refried beans.

Their Polidori sausage links are to die for. Great snap, spice and perfectly cooked. Not dry.

Drinks: OJ & a dirty Chai.

Service was great and this place is always on point with the staff that seats you, the people behind the bar that you as you leave. They have it dialed in. 👍

Snooze has been around for a while. This is the first time I've eaten here, due to the generally large crowd waiting outside whenever I've attempted it on a weekend. Today I went on a weekday. It was uncrowded, and absolutely wonderful! The staff were all super friendly and the food was really, really good! The atmosphere is great and even their bathrooms are cute! They've got a nice patio space out back, which I will try when the weather's nicer! The patio opens onto one of Fort Collins' great brick alleys with murals on nearby buildings. I would love to go back, next time I have a weekday morning off!

There grub always hits the spot. Love their benes and pancakes but opted for the blackbean, cheese, avocado tosadas with a special blackberry mocktail. Awesome, Aaron and Deandra were really great to chat with.

Everything is truly amazing. I have never had a bad meal or poor service. Everyone is so nice and friendly. A favorite brunch spot for years. I would give 4 stars sarcastically because they skipped the song Kryptonite by 3 Doors Down, but I love you, Snooze.

Every brunch we've had here has been amazing. The food is incredible, but the service really makes this location shine. The staff have always been super helpful and friendly, answering all of our questions (including how they cook their bacon to perfection!).

Snooze is so great! Staff is always awesome! The food is fantastic, I have had multiple dishes and each are so good. I look forward to going here every time. Can't say it more clearly, go here it's wonderful!

And my repeat meal is a spectacular combination of contrasting flavors and textures! I love sweet potatoes, but this combo is out of this world. Sweet potato smashed, bacon, avacado, pickled onions and topped with a perfect poached egg. Paired with a strawberry margaritas mimosa. What a great way to begin date day! 🥰😘

Exemplary service, atmosphere and food! Our son is very picky and he absolutely loved every bite! The staff served up a special upside down cake for him that helped immensely. Side note, the kitchen loves what they do and it shows. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you!!

We were here a few days ago & the food was amazing!!!! Love love love the sweet potato pancakes. & our waiter was so nice, even gave us some recommendations on what to do for the day, as we were traveling through on vacation. Can’t wait to come back!

A bit of a wait but well worth it. Use the wait list to help some. Food was absolutely amazing as was the service. Lots of different combinations of ingredients and in several items you can bundle half orders of items to try more. Unfortunately no pics as we ate the breakfast as soon as it arrived it was so delicious!! Great location as many stores nearby to windowshop before or after you eat as well.

Wow wow wow!!! So many scrumptious options exist on the menu it is hard to choose. Luckily I was with friends and could sample all the wonderful things they got in addition to my selections. My favorite was the Lox n Latka Benny and the arugula salad accompaniment, hit the spot as a perfect addition!!! The oatmeal was perfectly delicious too! Ohhhhh.... And the coffees! My cappuccino with oat milk was simply amazing. Yum yum yum!
