Nice and clean store. Everyone is very friendly. Managers are very nice and helpful. I went in for passport pictures and the baby ones didn't turn out the best or weren't easily editable. So they ended up taking new ones that turned out great. I ordered a printed document online for pickup was ready right away. I wasn't notified when they were ready but I think that was the website issue. Again very nice walgreens.

I called at 7 pm tonight because I have sinus infection and double ear infection and my normal pharmacy was out. KYM was so kind and got the transfer and filled my prescription right away! I am so grateful, Thank you KYM for such fast and amazing service !! Your too kind and I am grateful 🙏🙏

I have always found the attention and service to be refreshingly pleasant and courteous. I use Walgreens for my pharmacy needs and the west drake office is now my favorite. Thank you for all your incredibly hard work! We know as patients that the demands on the pharmacy’s has increased in the last 10 years and can tell the staffs are having to juggle more and more demands on them and when still under so much pressure, you can continue to smile and give your best to each customer, it is incredibly impressive to witness!

I stopped into Walgreens yesterday and had the best experience. I had a few things to pick up as well as a prescription. I grabbed my stuff and headed to the pharmacy which had the longest line of corse. I was dreading it. To my surprise the staff totally exceeded my expectations. First off an employee came to me while I was in line and said “I saw you looking around for something, was there something you were looking for?” And I had been looking for a shoe horn but wanted to hop in the long line to get myself moving along. He went and grabbed one for me! Literally so nice! To my surprise the line went super fast and when I arrived to the front one of my prescriptions was actually an over the counter medication which the kind lady WENT AND GRABBED FOR ME because she knew exactly where it was! So so nice!
I was very impressed yesterday and happy to call this Walgreens my local Walgreens destination.

Great clean store… BUT THEY NEED TO GET SHADES OR TINT THE WINDOWS BEHIND THE CASH REGISTERS. It’s blinding the employees and patrons.

I see a lot of bad reviews about the pharmacy - I've never used it. I dropped by for a couple home care things and wanted to drop a good note about Robin that helped me out last week. I can not remember 100% if that's her name, but I believe it is. Glasses, brown hair, 50s.

Anthony was extremely helpful when we arrived at 10pm in desperate need of a passport photo. He was friendly and was able to juggle multiple customers at a time. He seemed to go above and beyond- even helping an Uber delivery driver by checking the back for out-of-stock items. He truly saved our night. Thanks Anthony!

Dilan, the manager in the pharmacy, is extremely helpful. He worked diligently to fix the issues with my insurance and getting my meds in a timely manner. He is the reason I keep coming back to this pharmacy

Today my sister and I went in to this store to get some photos developed. A guy by the name of Scott or Kyle (apologize I can't remember exactly) helped us. He was so helpful and kind and after such a stressful long weekend, it was greatly appreciated and just a breathe of fresh air to have such good customer service. I'm not sure what they changed, probably staff but I'm loving my neighborhood Walgreen's. I needed help with some prescriptions over tge holiday weekend and they were super helpful.

Store is clean and always well stocked, and the staff is usually friendly. I really appreciate having a 24-hour location on the West side of town, but be prepared for lines in the pharmacy because of how busy this location is.
