He has a really nice attitude with customers & he treated me perfectly.
He deserves of certificate of achievement as the top employee of year 2023 from QT corporation.

Always fast and polite staff. Always clean and inviting. Security has done a tremendous job cleaning the place up and making it safe for everyone.

Better than it was 6 months ago. Most of the homeless transits have been run off, I feel much safer stopping here now. Clean store and friendly staff as well.

This location is doing a good job keeping their store clean and functioning in spite of the homeless/druggies that are out of control in Phoenix.

I come here quite often as it is in the area I live and work. I'm basing my review on my OVERALL experience. It is well stocked and clean every time I go in here which is surprising due to the location, as it is quite busy most of the day. Almost every time, the staff is quick and friendly and very fast paced. QT in general does well as an overall business and priced well for a gas station/convenience store. For these reasons this is why I gave a 5 star rating.
There was 1 time that I left this place feeling uneasy and that was 06/22/2017 at 8:20 AM. Some female in her army uniform was at the cash register and I was behind her, simply curious to see what unit she was with as I am a veteran myself, when I finally saw the patch on her left arm it said recruiter, which I muttered in relief that my curiosity allowed me to see it. However, the cash register was quick to judge me and very snotty toward me said "She's just making a commitment". My wife who was also with me had mentioned when she was at the register waiting for me to grab my energy drinks that she was snotty toward her too.

The customer service I received on this day was not what I expect from QT. Watch out for the Marisol, the short woman with long straight black hair, she might be quick to judge you negatively.

I went into this QT and Israel was so quick and friendly and had the line just flowing very good thumbs up to him he's a hard worker and I appreciate his speedy and friendly service.

Think of convenience stores and you won't picture this at all...a great coffee bar, a whole wall of frozen beverages (perfect in Phoenix), a clerk who seems actually engaged and interested in making sure you have what you need, a spotless store and convenience store prices, not inflated to pay for the nice atmosphere. Wonderful. Only minus was a guy so intent on mopping the floor that he literally mopped right up to my feet until I moved so he could finish his job. Close to I-17 and easy to get in and out quickly.

Here visiting from Colorado came in here for an emergency personal product needed for my daughter. They where out of them she gave us one from her personal supply. So she went above and beyond her job!!!

QT is a great business that I will always go out of my way for. Who would ever think that a person would be loyal to a convenience store, but QT has earned my business repeatedly. Always clean and friendly is a winning combination!

Staff is always friendly and professional. They concentrate on speed when busy so they aren't being curt, just trying to get people in and out. Place is clean whenever I'm there.

Fun place. Good environment to meet new locals. Good food, very friendly staff and clean pool tables. The staff members followed mask and hygiene mandates as well enforced where applicable.

I purchased a couple of ice cream desserts and Wesley was awesome and lit! Great personality and a hard worker who definitely deserves recognition for it Thanks Wesley! :)

Too many bums trying to get money, lottery machine don't work bathrooms need work cashier's work good

Mini market has tons of options for drinks and snacks. Clean and inexpensive place to stop.

Very quick service and always have my products i need..

I love QT’s over any other gas station they are great gas stations
