I recently went here to get last minute decorations for my son’s birthday. However I was unsure of what we’ll do. So I asked the lady at the register to not blow up the balloons until I picked up, just in case I needed to refund. It was the end of her shift and she did a really good job relaying the message to her team members. Came in today to return the items, and the team did well with communication making sure not to blow up the balloons. There was no confusion at all. Thank you so much.

I have used Party City for balloon delivery (with more than 3 dozen balloons) twice in the past few months ... both times my order was delivered on-time and with absolutely no problems.
Very budget-friendly ... and the delivery team is always friendly. Plus, I really appreciate how Party City sends timely updates on delivery day ... which is super helpful for eliminating any worry with knowing the balloons will be delivered on-time.

I got two kids the perfect outfits eye-patches everything included for 60 bucks not to mention them beautiful nice young lady behind the counter let me take the shirt out to see if it would fit my son cuz he just a little husky super nice and courteous I recommend them to everyone five stars all the way around customerservice loneliness of store everything Amira Gasparilla day awesome

Christine (the manager) went above and beyond for me. I needed to return the Halloween attire that I didn't use. Unfortunately, I threw out my receipt. She went to the back office and looked up my transaction by my last 4 card digits, date, and $ amount. She found my receipt and I was able to get my return hassle-free. Lots can happen when you treat people with respect & are positive. The store was insane with a huge line (it was Halloween) and she kept her cool & reassured customers that they would be helped ASAP. She was calm and collected, helping everyone who needed it. There needs to be 5+ people just like her. Amazing job, she deserves more appreciation for everything she did on Halloween and every day.

I walked in to get 12 balloons blown up quickly and they did it immediately. The lady at the register was extremely kind and helpful and her associate was as well. Thank you for a great job.

This place is such a life saver. I have found so mean cool things for Birthday Party's. The selection is outstanding!

I was in Party City picking up a few items for a dinner party. Asking the Manager a few questions regarding the difference in formal and informal plating and if they had different glasses for wine.

Next thing I know is I'm waking up in the middle stall floor of the bathroom, side bandage up and missing a kidney. I will say Party City has the cleanest public Bathrooms I've ever seen and has great line of party selections.

Great selection. And if you're Plus Size, this store is a life saver! They had such a good variety in costumes and you can try them on. I wish they would build a little dressing room because you have to use the restroom to try stuff on. Staff were nice and friendly.

I came here to buy a last minute trophy as a gag gift for a coworker and in the 20 or so minutes I was there every single employee offered help/direction/tips at least once. The balloons are a bit expensive. I'd stick to buying them at the dollar store but everything else was fun, festive, and affordable. Parking here can be tricky if the lots full as it is very small.

My other half is obsessed with costumes, and is responsible for decorating his store when the holidays come. We spend a lot of time in this store compared to most. i'm very thankful that they have such a great staff. I REALLY wish they'd remove that tempting, dime (i think), chocolate at the registers, but I'll survive. :)

To the reviewer, lynetta Wilkerson. I was in line when this occurred and i have to say your attitude towards the cashier was very rude and horrid! She only asked to see your daughters ID which is their policy as it is stated on their door and at the registers. You claimed to pay debit but you only sign when you use a credit card, meaning the card you used was a credit card. The cashier did nothing wrong in my eyes, and even your grand daughter, who seemed no older than 10 or 11 was pleading for you to stop acting like a child. Ma'am, you must learn to respect others and follow policies. I honestly feel bad for the child, bless her heart to have had to endure your behavior. The staff always does what they can to help out, they helped me with everything I needed and even offered me a 20% off coupon. It pays to be a respectful and polite customer. You never know how the universe will repay you.
