Big Lots

What is silly question. Everybody knows big lots and the products that they have. Of course it’s worthwhile to stop in and shop to spend your last penny there. Lol.

Very nice establishment and they employees are nice. They have great customer service

Somethings they had & some they didn't. But if you like decorating your house & yard they have some very nice things to use to make any Holiday become magical with the decoration they carry.

Has Great prices, friendly people. Always can find what I need.

The girls working the 1:00pm shift at the register today 12/30/21 need some recognition.These girls pushed the long line of customers through with ease. At one point a cashier was very carefully wrapping up a fragile item for the customer. Then when I was helped at the counter, a friendly cashier was able to assist me in getting my online order filled. The cashiers both worked as a team and we’re able to ring up customers without taking on some of the negative attitudes the customers presented due to holidays, bad weather or who knows. Thanks ladies for staying positive with great customer service.

I wanted to write about an employee, Ira, who is always kind, nice, and extremely caring. She a always goes far out of her way with my communication with her, constantly providing suggestions, feedback, and support when we communicate. :)

Her graciousness at this store is extremely refreshing, she is a very lovely person.

I never hesitate to say hello, and in return she is incredibly gifted at making me feel great with her exceptional customer service skills.

I hope, someone will read this, especially from management, and at the least, provide her with recognition as an outstanding employee, and or also promote and or reward her hard work abilities.

This place is awesome. Prices are cheap. Inventory is amazing. They have everything you need. Manny was very informative and does a great job respecting his elders. He does a good job. They all deserve raises. Keep up the good work guys!

I was unable to find green maraschino cherries anywhere. I asked the internet and guess what, Big Lots around the corner (Habor City CA) from me had 17 of them. I couldn't get there fast enough and got all of them. Told your cashier Alicia about my fruit cakes and promised to bring her one. I'm baking forty this week.

This store has A huge holiday assortment, not like other stores that were already running out of Christmas things. Plus they were already restocking the shelves with more Xmas items. Go here for your holiday needs, they have everything you can think of and Karen the cashier was super helpful.

Emmanuel was an excellent worker when I was on the floor looking for the items I needed. He helped me out and guided me throughout the store. Not only did Emmanuel help me out while I was looking around the store. But he was also a friendly cashier as well! The store manager David was also accommodating with showing me prices on the items I wanted. And the furniture associate Kevin was super helpful in showing me all the prices on the chairs and desks I've been interested in buying. Also, the store looked cleaned and organized. All the employees in the store were helpful and informational. I was delighted with my trip to big lots today. Good job, Big Lots on Sepulveda and Vermont! 👍

Had to go for last minute Easter baskets and they had few good ones nice to shop at there and find what you need

Great store. I bought a toaster and some home foods for very good prices.

The five star rating is mostly for employees Jaime and Kaitlin. Jaime was awesome helping me & my mother locate shelving, pricing and then loading the shelves into our car. Kaitlin was great as a cashier - very friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude. The store was a little bare but due to Covid 19 I’d assume it’s been hard to restock. I still found some things I ended up buying so it was a great trip!

My Big Lots is closing. But needed one item that advertised...and left with $150+ of other 'needed items '. And I had an additional 15% off! Aisles were clean, and shelves were stocked. Glad we stopped there.

I really love this big lots. Every time I go in there there's always something different. A lot of things that I see that are advertised on the television are right there. It is a wonderful experience going there.

Came here for a few necessary items for my new place and the staff here were absolutely the courteous people I’ve encountered after going to 3 different locations..Candy helped me at the register twice and this was my 2nd visit here in same day returning things that didn’t work well and exchanging super quick and easy process plus I needed a handy tool kit with Hammer, screwdriver and wrench and she went back to the aisle got it for me! I was absolutely grateful for her kindness you don’t get that very often anymore now a days. In the furniture department was Kevin he too was very polite and helpful advising me that certain items are easily to put together on your own and showed me samples of the bed frame I have and which headboard and end piece bedroom sets would work with my adjustable bed I purchased elsewhere! He also verified I was set up to accumulate points in my rewards card and gave me great suggestions.. Thanks to both of you for your time and assistance, this will definitely be my first store to look around if wanting anything from their different locations…well definitely since I moved here now🙌 keep up the excellent customer service you two, my hats off for both of you and your kindness will not be forgotten 💯the other stores where I had horrible customer service were Cerritos and Whittier…never again returning there!!

Love this place each year I'm always buying furniture and items

Friendly staff with good customer service. We were in and out within 5 minutes. That was including wait time in line. It was about 6 or 7 in the evening. I love when I can go in store for what I need and be right out.
