This is a great place to purchase almost anything. Prices are usually better than Lowe's or Home Depot. Staff is always helpful and the store is always clean. It's my go-to place for home improvement.

Clean store, helpful employees. So much better than Lowe's. Hate the location buried in the back past Meijer. It deserves a better spot. I'd go more often if it was easier to get to.

Searched 3 stores looking for new bigger casters for my desk chair so it would match the height of my desk. Found what I was looking for here and even had a friendly employee help me find them and tell me how to get them a little cheaper due to a sale promotion. Wish I could remember her name. Place just treated me good. Can't ask for more than that.

I like this place and the 11 % rebates. Still feel in today time you should be able to email your rebate and not USPS mail. I'm sure they do this to limit the people that would take the time to do a rebate having to fill it out and mail out.. but if you can't find it at one place you will definitely find what you want or need here at Menards.

I love their 11% rebate buys. I try and hold off my larger purchases till then. This tie I got 2 5gal buckets of paint for around $70 (after rebate). What a deal !!
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean store, shelves usually stocked, and plenty of sale items.

Was a little disappointed that they did away with 11% rebates at the moment. Apparently they stopped them around Thanksgiving. On a more positive note, I saved 15% today on my purchases thru their brown bag promotion 😊

I've been a carpet installer for 19 years, and this store has as good of a selection of in stock carpet at a low price as any store in the area! David does a fine job as manager of the flooring dept, very helpful!

Great customer service. Everything is so nice and neat in the store. Drove 2 hours because we could get better prices an love just looking around.

Lowes and Home Depot still have no chest freezers after 10 months of saying out of stock except the small 5 c. foot. Menards has the 13+ c. ft. in stock and since our oven went out today, they got a sale of a range and deep freezer. Super fast service as well.

Menards is one of my favorite places to shop. If you can't find it at Menards it not likely you will find it. Huge selection of just about everything. I just wished they would come to Tennessee. But if they don't I'll still be shopping at the Owensboro store when we're at the farm in Kentucky. Also love the 11% rebate on your purchase.

A magically large place you can get lost in.... literally it's huge maybe too huge but it does help with social distancing took me 20 minutes to get a lawnmower 16 minutes of it was walking across the store lol. My cashier was friendly and s good selection of products.

Edit* was not the end still Trying to find my way out send help. I think the workers have turned on me Ive hunkered down into one of the display playground buildings for safety. Ive survived on what food they have here. I know they are looking for me and grow suspicious more and more with each passing day. It's like a zombie outbreak

Favorite hardware/department store by far

Menards is the only building supply where I can find some things, like these WHITE expanded polystyrene foam insulation panels I needed to insulation our metal garage door.

My favorite store. They sell about everything. Much more than just building supplies. It always triggers ideas for new projects.

They have a lot of good products available for pretty much anything. It's a bit hard to navigate the store items but staff was helpful. Prices are good also.

Very good. Had lots of help. Needed help to find a clothes line. Very nice man. Needed 2 men to load air conditioner. Great service.

Best HW store in the USA. I drive 4 hours to get what I need here. The orange and blue box stores not only have low stock but there customer service is horrible compared to Menards.
