Great Great Great!! No issues finding a thing & wasn't too busy especially for right before Easter! Always love Walmart & can spend hours just looking around...

I was looking for Christmas projector lights, but unable to locate after 15 minutes of searching associate, Roxie, approached me offering assistance. She was amazing and guided me directly to exactly what I was looking for. Then assisted me in checking out. She notified me of protection plan offers 2yrs. For $3. That was a no-brainer! I spent more time searching for the item than the 5 mins it took after Roxie's assistance finding it and checking out. Thank you Roxie!! You deserve a raise for your stellar store knowledge and customer service!

I sometimes go to this particular Walmart for eye exams and glasses. But today got some cool kinda lightbulb shaped cups. Pretty okay Walmart. Would definitely recommend going if you can.

Pleasantly surprised with variety of Pioneer Woman brand, s th ore was clean inside and out, carts were not scattered in the lot, attendant sanitized carts before giving to customer, Chechen out was fast -- GREAT JOB GUYS!

This is by far the cleanest and nicest Walmart I have been in , in a very long time. It reminded me of years ago when Walmarts were so pleasurable to shop in. I was amazed to see so many registers open! Everyone was smiling and the store shelves were stocked! Great Job Niceville WM.

The pick up ladies were extending extremely helpful with my order as the app wasn't working.

Very polite people work here very clean store large selection of items. Wheelchair accessible with ramps and handicap bathrooms along with electric carts which works for my 89-year-old elderly father who is going to be 90 this year

Lorna is the best! She works as a cashier. She is so helpful and always greets the customers. She says bye to the customers and thanks them for coming. That's the kind of personal experience that you used to get at a small country market, not what you're expecting to get at a big conglomerate store like Wal Mart. I come to Fort Walton Beach Wal Mart on the days that I know Lorna is working just to see her smiling face. 😃 She usually works the self check out lanes or the cigarette lane. Wal Mart she deserves a raise. That lady works hard and smiles while she does it. Customers make sure you say hi to Lorna.

I was overjoyed there were three cashiers checking people out. I won't do self checkout it stresses me. Our cashier sweet and friendly. The store was clean.

Probably the nicest Walmart store in surrounding area. Very polite and helpful staff. Definitely the cleanest and organized Walmart in entire Okaloosa county. I usually don't shop at Walmart stores, but this one is an exception.

In sry to admit this , but long story short I didn't make it in the store this past time. However I did open a beer and pour it out on some burning 🔥 dry wood mulch in there flower bed I was parked nest too. I finished what was left of my beer which was only a sip. Funny thing was there was a marked police suv by the door and and dam flower bed in fire I'm the packing lot 😂 ! The only reason I didn't make it I the store was because I had accidentally dropped my wallet down in the Valparaiso fishing pier parking lot . Which luckily I did recover with all my personal property there.

Staff are nice, this Walmart is actually very organized and clean as well! Parking lot is nice and clean.

Upon coming in store to go to customer service to ask about swapping out my propane tank because i’ve never done it before I was approached by Rebecca who yelled “you can not bring that in here”. She never educated me on why because obviously i didn’t know it was a safety concern. After explaining to her and apologizing she continued to be rude and talk to me like I was incompetent. Please urge your workers the importance of customer service and just simply being nice.

I am giving a 5 star rating because after bagging my groceries Troy took excellent care of me. Thank you so much Troy!

We needed a few groceries. We have shopped at this Walmart many times before and were fairly familiar with the location of every thing we needed. To speed things up even more we used the part of the Walmart app that gives locations of all the items in the store. It was really efficient.

Clean. Well stocked. Self checkout was really nice with curved bagging areas. Friendly staff too! Did a pickup order and it was smooth sailing. The young man physically carried out my large item with no complaints! Makes we wish I loved closer so that I could have this shopping experience more often!

Don't like the self checkouts I like someone checking me out I do not work for Walmart

I had to ask an employee to check the back for item that wasn't on the shelf, but the app said was in-stock at that store. They were very polite and even showed me 2 different models to compare.
