The customer service was excellent, Ebony, was knowledgeable, polite, and well mannered, felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. I will definitely go back if I need another pair of shoes in the future. I would recommend highly!

Took my elderly mom to find safer shoes to wear. At Shoe Dept we were welcomed in and saw a wide variety of shoes. Ebony kindly assisted us with finding a pair of shoes for mom. She found a few different options for mom to choose from and was very patient with us. Very pleasant shopping experience.

Darci is very sweet and helpful, she was very knowledgeable about the Skechers slip-ins. These shoes are so comfortable! I love the way she was talking done convincing not only me but other customers too. There should be more employees like Darci. Love Darci please ask for her she will guide you the right way.

I was assisted by Eboni in my search for a pair of Ariat Safety Toe work boots, I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me. Her dedication to customer service is the best that I have ever experienced. Because of her care and concern in helping customers,I will continue to shop at Shoe Dept.

Customer, friendly and personable cashier: one that many stores in this area needs for their business, especially Soma’s in Destin.

Sunday afternoon, person behind counter greeted us. Then little later came around see how we were doing, and if we needed help. When checking out she told me about reward program and the other 2 stores we could use it. While talking found out the clerk was Lisa, the store mgr. We talked for a while then left with our purchase very happy

The manager and staff are so helpful and customer oriented. This is the only place I shop for shoes.

Love this shoe store! They have many great deals on shoes at amazing prices you can't beat. You can also earn points with every purchase, and they go towards earning money off another pair the more points you earn. Definitely will be back here again for all my shoe finds!

Niceville shoe department y’all need to do better in customer service. When people have questions do your best to answer them. But to just ignore your customers because talking to your co worker is more important than.do better . For one I wasn’t even help not even knowledge and two they assumed we was poor we even said price wasn’t a factor.
They were too busy talking to one another.

I was so disappointed, I went in to get all 3 of my children shoes since I really didn't want to go down to Fort Walton Beach. I get the shoes ended up buy 6 pairs, however, the lady that checked us out was as rude as they could get. first she argued with me about the size and how they dont look like they would fit my children. Now any time I go for shoes or clothes we try on. so then to make her happy and to stop arguing with me i sat down and my children sit down and retry on every pair until the lady was satisfied. I am so unpleased with this store. Dont argue with your customers, specifically in a small town, word of mouth gets around fast and you never know who people know. I will be going down to Fort Walton from now on to buy shoes.

Worse customer Service!!! Do not recommend going there!!! Walk in the door lady at the desk did not great us in just looked at us playing on her phone! Than the man and lady at the desk staring me and my family like we are stealing something! Than kicked us out 11 mins early before closing! She needs to be fired!!
