Leah was amazing. She made us feel very comfortable and she explained everything to us and how it worked . She was very patient. Great customer service.

I went into three service stores today. Verizon, T-mobile, and AT&T. Benjamin sold me on a plan in less than two minutes and was extremely helpful. His knowledge of AT&T was impressive. He is patient and professional with even the most difficult customers. If you're in the area, GO HERE.

As an active duty military member returning from overseas, I chose this location to get my service restored. After going back and forth with the ATT customer service on the phone, I can say the individuals working in this store went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal on my plan and provided exceptional customer service. They earned my business for sure.

I purchased a phone on Friday 4/21 with the help of both Marqieta and Benjamin, both of which were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I came in to learn about the $800 Samsung trade in bonus and ended up being shown the S23 Ultra by Marqieta after telling her how much I loved the Note 4. She was patient, answered all of my questions and gave me two price quotes along with enough discounts to make the swap worth it.

I had to return another day, and got there just as Marqieta was leaving. Benjamin was nice enough to complete the sale with full credit given to her, and was professional, funny and helpful. He balanced assisting me with setting up my device while helping another customer as the only staff member working, and handled it well. I would easily recommend both staff to anyone looking for a new phone.

Leah did a fantastic job in assisting with my purchase today. She answered all questions and made the whole experience comfortable and smooth.

I had to replace my phone, and during set up, the information from the phone, its box, and the SIM card didn’t match. For whatever reason, it took quite a lot of effort. Marquieta worked through the problem and was polite and kind to other customers as she took care of me. Well done!

I originally started my account at the location in FWB off Mary Esther cutoff. As a new customer to AT&T I did not have a very good experience the store manager was begging me for a 5* review needless to say they did not get one. The phone was not set up I got a tablet shoved in my face basically to sign and sent out the door. Anyway I wanted to upgrade my iPhone 12 Pro Max but bad experience so I was going to go to T-Mobile and after calling them and the location on Elgin pkwy. I was going to cancel my contract but I reached out to this location in niceville and Arcy I hope I spelled that right took his time explaining all my options and looked for the phone I wanted. He didn’t say no we don’t have it you can call around to find one yourself and then hang up on me like the other 2 stores did. He found one for me and Needless to say I’m picking it up tomorrow or Friday. This man is the definition of customer service. I was a phone call away of leaving AT&T. He said he was only assisting the niceville store and he is located in the office I’m not sure where that is but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. He saved a customer and I just want to say thank you Arcy for being kind and patient and going above and beyond to help me.

I don’t give much 5-star reviews but when it came down to Christian, He showed out big time‼ He was able to help me switch over from Cricket Wireless to AT&T within less than 20 mins. Not only that, he also gave me lots of knowledge about the products and deals I qualified for. I really hope the best for Christian and hope he gets through any challenge that comes his way.

I really enjoyed my time in the AT&T store in Niceville, FL. Jordan and Christian were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me all set up with my new iPhone and gave me good advice on what would be the most beneficial products to purchase for their buy 2 get 1 free deal. While my phone was transferring all my data, Jordan showed me lots of tips and tricks with her phone. I will definitely visit your store for all my cell phone needs.

I had been having issues with unlocking my cell phone. I spent 4 days, countless phone calls to Customer Service and Tech support and extreme aggravation. Tonight I stopped at the Niceville store, honestly expecting the same. I was immediately greeted by John, the rep at this store. Within a minute he knew exactly what the problem was. Within another few minutes, the problem with my phone was fixed! John was outstanding!! He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He reassured me that he coulld fix my phone and he did. It was a pleasure doing business with John.

The manager Charlie is patient and was very attentive to my needs. JESS his assistant manager also helped, since I came in really close to their closing time and they had awesome teamwork. Worked quickly but also thoroughly and asked me how my experience was! Nice change. The only AT&T I'll ever go to now!

These days great customer service has become a rare experience. That is not the case at the At&T store in Niceville, Florida. It's been a pleasure working with Leah to resolve an issue. She is knowledgeable of the products and services. Leah approaches each customer no matter the circumstance with a pleasant and helpful attitude.

I bought a prepaid AT&T plan elsewhere and could not get the instructions provided for switching my phone over to work. Anna went above and beyond to help me switch and handle all of my issues. Anna is a credit to the store and AT&T. If you get the chance to have her help you I highly recommend this store and this wonderful person! :)

I was helped by Jessica and she was amazing! No shady sales tactics here! She helped me purchase a new phone and answered questions about my bill. I'm so glad I went here. The wait wasn't bad either.
