Robert was so helpful! I came in after a very stressful battery day… left stranded. Once I finally made it to the store he checked my battery and helped me to find a new battery at a great price.

I bought some windshield wipers and Michael asked if we needed help. I said yes and forgot it was raining outside. I asked if that was still okay and he said yes without skipping a beat. Thanks Michael for keeping me and my girlfriend out of the rain, I truly appreciate your excellent customer service and will definitely be back because of it.

Had questions about a 6 yr.old Battery. Charge or replace? No issues except age.
It was replaced, with confidence by Heath. There was No charge for his time and Labor.

First time in this one. Needed a gas cap and it was the first auto parts store I came to. I think I scared the hell out of the guys working there because they were cool and let me check to make sure the one they had would fit my car before buying so we didnt have to do a return. I must have scared them because when I went back inside two of them were walking back from the door like they were trying to make it not seem like they were seeing if I drove off. Like I am going to chance going to jail for a $13 part. Any way, good purchase. Would go there again.

The Assistant General Manager Cory Johnt is amazing. he saved me, I lost my receipt and he went out of his way to text me a picture of the online receipt since it couldn't be printed. he saved me from having to round up the kids and drive out the to take a picture of it myself !! 5 stars all the way across went above and beyond to help me !! fantastic customer service!!

this afternoon my car would not start so i was going to take it to my local dealer but i decided to call advance auto parts in niceville and spoke with a nice lady who said i should bring it up and have them test the alternator and battery. when i arrived there was an employee changing wipers for a customer so i figured i would wait till he was done so i could ask him for help. meanwhile, i was approached by omar so i explained my problem. then the other gentleman was finished so i figured he would help me since omar was busy doing other tasks. i was wrong! omar said lets to see what we can do(he could easily have passed the buck) first he tested the alternator and it came back ok, next he tested the battery and it came back as being the problem. i didnt have to lift a finger the whole time. Omar took care of everything. I can promise my dealership would have charged me several hundred dollars for the same work. he was very friendly and knowledgeable. THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW I HAVE EVER GIVEN ANYONE! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR HELP WITH MY CAR! ADVANCE AUTO PARTS IS VERY BLESSED TO HAVE SOMEONE LIKE OMAR WORKING FOR THEM! OMAR IS THE BEST!

Extremely helpful. Always courteous. I've ordered online and stuffed at the store 15min later to find the part waiting for pickup. The other parts stores up/down the street are good...these guys are GREAT:

Doing parts we came to the conclusion that we're going to have to do more research but the fact that Mr Omar stayed with us and walked us through the process and check with everybody around for those parts for a little closer but we ain't found him yet but we had perfect service

Fantastic! They really know the car parts. Much better than Auto Zone ( sold faulty parts when they knew the parts were faulty) and better than Riley's (more knowledgeable). Pep boys is a rip off. Prices too high. Do work you don't need. Twin City Transmission does it all cheaper and faster.

Came here inquiring about windshield wipers. They pointed me in the right direction very fast and even installed them for me. Very nice people working here that are knowledgeable about the parts they sale.

Great helpful staff, new manager still same great service. Some new young people doing a great job.

The guys here a great! My experience was a great one. Parts were in stock and they knew what I was talking about.

Driving from Atlanta to Destin, 307 miles. Only 38 miles to go when the water pump belt broke. Managed to make it to Advance Auto Parts. Robert assisted me with the correct belt and offered if I needed any tools to change out the belt. Robert was polite, friendly, helpful and quick. I also needed to change oil, due to the fact that the engine was running very hot. Engine never stalled out from excessive heat build up. After purchasing for oil change, Robert disposed of the old oil for me. Robert, thank you for all your help.

Great customer service,went in for a replacement battery & was helped as soon as we walked in and didn't take long.Id recommend this store over autozone and o'Reilly's 👍
