The customer service was unbelievable . I usually don’t make my way in here unless it’s really staples specific . I was looking for a desk and figured WHY NOT. From the moment I walked in I was greeted. Another associate found me in the desks and created such a wonderful experience for me I had to write a review . I forgot his name because I’m a terrible person, but “cashier 2075543” you are phenomenal! He was so kind and asked what I was looking for. I explained to him I was on a pretty tight budget . He found the perfect desk and even suggested a chair which I also purchased ! (I wasn’t planning on that). I will definitely now consider staples a bit more for other purchases ! Thank you for changing my view of staples and I’m sorry I forgot your name!

I was just back at this location today, after a good experience weeks ago. Employee “Haley” did an excellent job helping me with my lamination projects. I recommend this location specifically. You won’t be disappointed. 👍👍😁🇺🇸

Haley at the Staples in Columbus is absolutely wonderful! Professional, pleasant, extremely efficient, kind and so very knowledgeable about the products and services and helped me immensely with my order!!

Great customer service at the cash register and at the fax machine (which I needed help with). I wish I would've got their names of the 2 people that helped me. One was heavyset and wore glasses and short hair and knew that fax machine very well. lol Cashier was tall with glasses also and was friendly as can be. They both helped me step-by-step and it was done and I was out in 10 minutes. It was good to see good old fashioned customer service with a greeting when you walk in, thank you's when you leave and friendly folks.🙂

I walked to copy and print and immediately was greeted with a smile and a very bubbly personality. She told me her name was Alexis. She helped me and was very patient when I was explaining what I wanted. She even helped me create it right there in the store! She really pictured my product and brought it to life on their website. I really recommend going to her because you’ll get the best service ever! She was so sweet, kind, and honestly just wonderful. I will definitely be going back to see her! Best associate by far in that department!

Had a very pleasant experience at this location today. It was a rainy, cold Christmas Eve around 11:30 and I called interested in curbside. I didn’t want to get out of the car but needed to be at work in 30 minutes. I asked about getting 5 things I needed for the restaurant for the next few weeks and was told by a gentleman that it would an hour or so. They were very busy apparently, I didn’t go inside. I explained that I’m a restaurant manager and only had 20 minutes because I still had to pick up Chick-fil-A for the team considering it’s Christmas Eve! He insisted he would hurry and get it done. Sure enough it took him five minutes to get me cashed out with everything I needed. Turns out it was the salary manager that took care of me throughout the whole experience. It was very pleasant, thank you!

I had difficulty printing what I needed and Cayden worked so hard to make sure I got what I needed. She was cheerful and so friendly and acted like I wasnt a bother when I had no clue what I was doing. Best customer service I have had in a long time!

Sam is super helpful and kind. He explains everything very well and makes sure you know he cares about you. Rachel, the cashier, was also very nice. This was such a pleasant experience.

Great Customer Service. There is an employee named Seth Adams there that really knows his stuff. I don't even question his recommendations. If you want the best product for your dollar, ask him. Im not big on shopping at big chains, but I have to say that Staples has never failed me on great customer service.

I stopped by this Staples location not to buy anything but to recycle an office printer that had reached the end of its service life. The printer was a large, free-standing model that had been disassembled into three, reasonably sized, yet heavy parts. Not only did the Staples store accommodate my item, the associate also came with me to my vehicle and handled all of the heavy lifting. I had to do next-to-nothing; I honestly felt somewhat lazy, watching him do the work that I had come to do. Once the items were loaded in a cart, he took over from there and I left. What service!

I did not catch the associate's name, but he was the gentleman working at the technology counter at approximately 3:30 PM. Please convey to him my gratitude for his helpful and thorough service!
