Publix Super Market at Brookstone Village

This is the reason for shopping at Publix. Quality of the store... clean, nice helpful employees, great food you want to take home. I don't know why Publix doesn't open a food truck in the parking lot!

My experience at the Pharmacy is very good . The Pharmacits and the staff are profesionals, they are friendly and quick they treat the customers as families. While it will take you hours to get your rx at nearby drugstores it will take less at publix. I appreciate my Publix Pharmacy especially when I am a retired Pharmacist.

As always Publix is a joy to shop in. I love the buy one get one free deals. They have an amazing selection and publix brand is just as good if not better than band name products. I love running up to my local Publix whether it's for a few items or a cart full.

I come here 5-10 times a week. This evening I came in after 9pm. Jarrod and Cassandra went over and beyond getting salmon for me and my husband. They had no problem getting fish out the back after everything was put up.

This is always a great store. The Brookstone neighborhood, behind it, is so large that it’s like its own city. This Publix is the center. I go at least once a week, and the people are always nice.

5 stars for Anna in the sub section. makes a fast, perfectly proportioned , italian pubsub, perfectly topped, and quick and efficient in line. See Anna working while im waiting in line? i know the waits about to be worth it, perfect sub after not wanting to make a dinner. (pictured attached of a half devoured pubsub)

Always clean and organized. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Mrs. Janet in seafood. Fred in the deli, Mrs. Wendy & Mrs. Tonya at check out! Great location. Items are in stock and if they are not you can speak to customer service and they’ll contact you when back in stock. I’ve also been able to order some items they may not normally carry (Orange sherbet, cattleman’s bbq, and some other items) which they’ll make the best effort to get in for you. Overall very happy with this location!

Clean store, well organized, professional staff, and well stocked. Used Instacart this week it was well worth it. Shout out to Wendy front end cashier always friendly full of smiles she is a star.

Always order online Best way to go. Sandwich ready at designated PU time. Nothing better than Pub sub. Thank you to hard working deli department

Very nice Publix with helpful staff. I also use their pharmacy for meds. They really go that extra mile to get things done in a timely manner.

We are a Publix family, but can anyone explain to me what the purpose of putting my telephone number in everytime I shop? I've yet to get any discount.

The store was very clean. The staff was amazing.

Honestly God Bless whoever decorated my daughter’s first birthday cake and matching smash cake it was EXACTLY what I envisioned in my mind. It was stunning. The flowers were done perfectly. The little caterpillar was so cute. It meant the world to me that someone would take the time to really put love into a cake design. It was a hard year. I just had my first baby, then my father passed away.The wonderful cake was able to bring all the people I loved together for a really happy time and memories I’ll always treasure.

If you made Juniper’s first birthday cake thank you so much!!!!!

Since they got the self checkout area, everything gets so easy.

I have had wonderful interactions with many of the friendly staff here. They never fail to go out of their way to help me, more than can be reasonably expected. The pharmacy staff in particular helped me navigate a critical situation and I'm so thankful for their help and expertise.

Always neat, clean, and organized. Publix is more expensive, but at least they seem to be able to keep the shelves stocked compared to Kroger or Walmart. You get what you pay for in this case. Love the ready made meals. Easy and delicious.

Love Publix. Across the board, they have wonderful service, quality products, bright and spacious stores, and perfectly stocked shelves. Also, their associates are very helpful, very nice, and very cordial. They actually walk you to the item you're looking for, rather than just point at the area and leave you be. Love Publix.
