I went in the store seeking a new vapor and the lady that help me well she explained everything about the vapor so good that she sold me on it. I'm happy with my new vapor. It's the only place I will go because of the way I get treated.

I love this place. The people are amazing and with their help I have quit smoking. Everyone there are nice and helpful. I will be going there for all my vaping needs. Thank you all. Especially Jocie and Mariah

I've gone to Chattanooga Vapor a long time for my vape stuff. They have a really broad selection of products in different price ranges. If you're not rich you can find some really good deals here.

The staff has never let me down. Whether I need them for product knowledge or even to tweak my device they've always figured out a solution.

It's hard to find a company you can say never lets you down.

I have been shopping at this location exclusively for about a year now and I cannot say enough good things! The staff are always helpful and friendly. The customer service here is unmatched! Charles is always patient with me and is able to answer all of my questions about vapes/vaping and seems very knowledgeable. They always have a good selection of items on sale too. I have never had a bad experience here. Definitely check them out!

Whether you are new to vaping or an expert, this is the place to go. They run so many promotions it is hard to keep up with, a dollar will go a long ways. The staff is always friendly and if they do not know an answer to your question, they will find someone that does. Go there routinely because of how amazing they are compared to over local vendors.

I move out of this area a lot and every time I do I always compare new vape shops to CVC and honestly the new shops are always a let down! CVC has always had amazing staff, great prices and just an all around amazing vibe! I love coming to the Fort O location. They finally know me by name and already have my account pulled up when I'm ready to check out.

Good place to go if you're a vaper of any kind. They will usually have what you're looking for in the store or be able to point you in the right direction if they don't carry it!

I used to use mods and juice, but in recent years, I've started just using disposable because I just don't use anything as much anymore. It's just a personal preference thing.

I was looking for elfbars and the staff there was not only very friendly on the phone but also in store. They had a wide selection of elfbars and their competitors, and they were willing to talk me through the different options and help me make the best decision.

When you're looking to use something new, it's important with something like nicotine(that can really ruin your day if something happens and you're without it for a 9hr to 12hr workday) to make the best choice and know your options.

It's refreshing to be able to speak with staff who know their stuff and are enthusiastic about making sure you have the best experience possible. They also have other locations, at which I have also had wonderful experiences.

Definitely think of making them your go-to for vaping supplies if you haven't already.. They'll take very good care of you!

I love every Chattanooga Vapor Co. The one in Ft.O is great. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to show you whatever you are interested in seeing. They also carry ally favorite juices.

Good prices and variety. Employee gave wrong coils but I went back the next day and they exchanged the coils! Couldn't believe it but I was grateful!

The staff members are always welcoming & helpful. Especially Barry, he is always helpful & extremely knowledgeable. He always answers everything asked. He is so sexy & smart & makes the store that much better. The store is always clean, welcoming & they have the best selection around.

Despite recently having a revolving door of employees, those that are sticking around have a real knack for recommendations and expediant service. Solid rewards program, and a healthy selection of Delta 8+ goodies and more. I really trust their vetting process, and by extension, their stock. Great shop. Just like all the others!

I took a unit in that was given to me and Charles was very professional and patience with me and the unit. After working with it for a bit- finally got it going...TY! TY!! TY!!! Also, Thx to the other worker whom also hooked me up with a vape that taste is similar to my favorite cigarette, the Marlboro Red and my favorite flavored coffee-Hazelnut. O man, my used unit is working and tasting pretty amazing. I doubt I'll be buying anymore cigarettes. That was the best $22(Watson-Gold6%) investment ever.
