When I came through the drive thru was packed but I’d used the app and just walked inside and grabbed my order. I get sausage/cheese biscuits, they were done right and will be comin back next time I’m around there!

Okay. I don't like to have to stop at fast-food places. But, I was very happy with this location. Friendly and made fresh. Keep up the good work!

Food was good, fresh and the place was clean. The staff was friendly and quick.

This McDonald's is awesome. They're always clean & the food is always fresh & hot. They are very friendly & accommodating. Plus the free food from the app is great!

Rolling through the drive through, Midnight...ish, you don't really expect top notch Customer Service. It is easy to become accustomed to lackluster Customer Service. But, this time, the employee was on top of things, they were considerate, they knew what they were doing, and were actually cheerful. I know, right? They were the proverbial Unicorn. A less than once in a lifetime experience.

The order was wrong,the biscuit wasn't completely done , but the drive thru was fast.

Kinda surprised myself for giving a 5 star. Not sure of they got new management or new staff or both but this location as stepped up its game and service and food has been amazing the past few times I've been. I quit going for months but will definitely be back if it's going to be like this.

I love the one in Chickamauga they get your food Wright but the one in fort O suck they can't get the food Wright and you have to pull out of line and wait for your food and most of the time it not all there sorry but if I was getting $10. Or $15 Dallas an hour I think I could get the food Wright I mean dang

My granddaughter after school has to go to McDonald's for a cheese burger happy meal.

Lobby was clean. Speedy service. Friendly cashier. Other staff I spoke with very friendly. Food cooked to perfection. Order was accurate. Would recommend this location, to locals as well as people just passing through. Ordered a 10 piece nuggets, 2 chocolate chip cookies and a unsweetened tea.all for under $9.00. My daughter and I split the noggets and tea and each had a cookie, and it was a filling meal.

Nice clean restaurant. The service was quickly handled. We were in and out.

Although the new cinnamon cookie latte I ordered did not taste the same or as good as other stores I have ordered from.

Had to go inside and get creamer and sugar, thinking it would help. But it didn't, so a little disappointed with that.

I ordered through a kiosk inside. Everything as requested. However, over 30 minutes later. I stuck around to see the after effects of having to wait, witnessing the employees stand around, 2 employees go outside to use their cellphones and to vape.
The expediter cussing out the food preppers behind and hearing this from the front lobby. Then witnessing another female employee outside going to the front fence and vomiting. Never again. Avoid this McDonald's at 1179 Battlefield parkway.

The Big Macs and McNuggets are exquisitely seasoned and cooked to perfection. That sauce is really something special. Me and my wife sat at the chef's table in the kitchen for our anniversary. It was truly magical.
