Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have always received exceptional service from Dustin and his staff for the past two years. When I have had a problem with my cars, his staff has always been able to fix the problem within the time promised to me. If not the same day, they would inform me and give me a time when to pick up the car. They would always give me good sound recommendations for what I need for my vehicle and where to go if it was something a dealer would need to do themselves. I have always received exceptional service from the Tukwila location.

From start to finish, the employees/ mechanics, were clear & concise in articulating the issues with my vehicle, & to the repairs that were needed. They got me in right at my scheduled appointment time, & completed the repairs sooner than I had expected. It was all very convenient. I dropped off my car, walked right over to the mall, & did a little shopping, had lunch. Firestone kept me updated through calls, & email on what was needed, & the progress, they called me when the repairs were completed, I walked back over, picked up my car, & it was such a good feeling driving away, smoothly, & NO MORE ENGINE LIGHT!!!

I had a tire that kept going down in air. I didn’t realize how bad my tread was on all of my tires. I can say the service I got from Kaylen the rep at the front was so great! She had a bright smile on her face and explained to me what had been reported from the tech as what I needed. The manager (Dustin) that was standing beside her helped find the different types of tires they had as options for my car. They went over the prices and what would be the best fit for what I needed. I was one of the last people there that day and all of them were willing to start the project and stay late. …I felt bad to make them stay as I could have come back the next day, but they jumped in and got it done quickly. As soon as it was done I got a call from Anthony the service manager and they closed me out quickly explaining everything to me and also let me know that they found I could use new breaks soon. I actually knew that and I was happy they confirmed that they saw the same thing another shop had suggested It was great and just in time for a rainy drive home. I felt safe and happy! Thank you for all of your help! What a great crew. They kept me laughing and happy to get it done. Im definitely going back for my breaks!

I almost cancelled my appt bc the woman that called me to verify my appt kept giggling then didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. But I really liked talking with the manager, Anthony. So, because of him, I decided to keep my appt and I'm glad I did bc they did a great job on my car. My car actually has a get up now since being serviced. I never thought that'd b possible. They went over everything with me about my car. Very thorough!! Very trustworthy!!

Did an amazingly quick radiator and thermostat replacement on a Sunday when most shops are closed. Brought my Camry in at 9 AM and was done by 1:30 PM. Thanks to Raj and the crew!

The lady shop attendant received me well, helped me to choose, buy the best set of tyre's and to aquire Firestone credit card.
Of service now my car is steady while driving.

They are always very professional and they were a great to me by not only letting me know of the progress of my car, they worked with me. I will always go to this location as I have never had a bad experience there.

Ive had probably the unluckiest, expensive weeks of my life. Each location I called the receptionist was SO helpful and went above and beyond for me. Especially today(11/28) , all the employees were fun, helpful, accurate, and very quick with their work! Thank yall so much!

The front desk was extremely helpful, walked me through the Firestone card and it's benefits and shared some good laughs. Service was quick and dependable

The dashboard was showing that my tires were low. I pulled into the fire stone in south center and asked an employee that was walking outside if I could get some air. He said no problem and asked me to pull up and stay inside the car. he checked all the tires and asked me how I was doing. I told him I was worried about the world. He replied, Yep it’s a weird place right now. But then he asked if I had children and if they were doing OK. I told him they were and with a big smiley said that’s all you need to be concerned about. his name is Jesse and I want to thank him for, the great service, the smile and the encouraging words.

Always great service here at reasonable rates and never got upsold or sold things I didn't need, not sure what the bad reviews are. Great as always Dustin!

I adore this place because of the professionalism and client service. With these people, I've received a lot of service. I recently purchased a lifetime alignment deal. Hadn't had the opportunity to utilize it for a year, and what's this? I'm still listed in the system, and they even sent me a copy of the receipt through email. I'm grateful, Dustin. I'm coming back. Since I value honesty so much, I've always found it at Firestone, and more particularly, at this location!

The check oil light went off on my Honda. Firestone was open on a Sunday. Andres said he would do his best to fit my car into their already scheduled lineup. Within an hour my car was being worked on. While waiting I observed the skill with which Andres worked. He was always polite, kind, efficient with customers visiting the store and those on the phone. Great customer service!

Anthony at the Tukwila location was awesome. Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't end up having my work done at Firestone due the severity of the issue, but I appreciate Anthony being straight up and telling me exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it.

Dustin, Andres, all of the techs are beyond amazing, both human beings and that their jobs.

I drive rideshare for a living, and on multiple occasions I have come in with a wide range of needs. Quick tire fixes, oil changes, entire wheels and tires needing to be replaced. They're always willing to do whatever they can to help me get back on the road as quick as I can.

Whether I'm dropping it off at 2:00 a.m. because I was run off the road, we're popping in on a Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. with a flat, they understand that my time is money and they take such good care of me.

Beyond that, anytime I ever bring a friend or family member to get their vehicle service there, they're nothing but respectful, prompt, and they do not push unnecessary services or products, which makes me feel strong in my recommendation. In addition I have sneakily watched through the garage to see if there were any corners being cut and I can say without a doubt these technicians are in there taking care of those cars as if they were their own. They are meticulous, they double-check things, they're on their hands and knees making sure they don't miss anything. I truly feel secure in bringing my money maker in here and knowing I'm getting taken care of.

Beyond the service, their humanity and kindness knows no bounds. I cannot tell you how many times I was stressed out about a cost of a service, and they did everything they could to help me out and not overburden me with unnecessary products. They've list when I told them that time was a constraint, they were honest and upfront when there was going to be time necessary to fix something. Always willing to give me the 411 straight, and always operating with professionalism and kindness, no matter how upset I got at the situation or cost.

There are so many mechanics and dealerships out there that will either rip you off, sell you stuff you don't need, or just do cut cornered work in an attempt to roll out the vehicles.. please, take this review as my most genuine suggestion that the Firestone on Andover, will do everything that can to take the best care of your vehicle weather for personal or business, and they won't skimp, giving you peace of mind. I truthfully don't know where I'd be or what I would do without this shop they have saved me from so many catastrophic incidents with my vehicles. They will forever get my business and I hope they get yours too

Dustin was so great! Came in with no appointment and was helped promptly for a broken air stem. Great place great service! Waiting area is huge and was very clean. Top team!
