The employees here are absolutely wonderful!!! Unique really went out of her way to help me find what I needed. And the gentleman (I didn’t get his name) greeted everyone entering and exiting with such enthusiasm! This was such a pleasant experience!

There are amazing cashiers. I do feel like some folks would come in and try to mess with them and I work at Bath&BodyWorks so I know how stressful it can be.

Worst service ever...dropped off prescription at noon told it was ready by 4 ,came at 4:40 stood in two lines one for pick up.oh no we don’t have anything under that name,had to stand in line for consultation for other 15 minutes they didn’t know what?ok your prescription will be ready in 10 minutes.here I am standing like a dumb as.would not ever come here. Can’t fulfill a service you should not be in business.My time it’s important just like your profits.Lesson learned I hope you people read this and go somewhere else.

The CVS at 7607 Greenbelt Rd went above and beyond to get me the new COVID booster. I had multiple appointments and each time CVS was out of the booster. I received a call about 9pm from CVS that they had a booster. I went in 30 minutes later and received the vaccine. A pharmacy employee drove 30 minutes to get a booster and the pharmacy manager was wonderful!

Despite other reviews here, I found the pharmacy to be friendly, fast, and accurate.I arrived around 8:15PM in a Sunday, they were the only pharmacy open at the time near Univ. of Maryland. I needed to fill an urgent Rx for my sick student. The young man who met me took my Rx and ID card, processed the information and for my order together quickly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Kudos to the entire pharmacy team.

Ms minji gave me flu and shingles vaccine and she was great.
Store is clean. Staff is always helping. Adam is very helpful like all of the staff. It can get real busy here but so far they are handling it well and getting better by the day.

They were swapped, but CHICHI the pharmacist made sure we got our medicine for my son's allergic reaction tonight (hope I spelled her name right). The techs had just left at 10 pm and there was a line 8-10 people deep. She was awesome. Sad CVS doesn't understand this is the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area. Why there isn't a tech till 12 or 1am makes no sense. I worked in the emergency department for years and they are busy till 12-1 am, thats when we dropped down on staffing. That means the pharmacy close to a hospital will stay busy. Best wishes to trying to take care of your customers. The corporation is short sighted- this is a busy store!! You can calculate the business, just not the business that walks away, we almost did! Thanks again to your helpful staff! (:

Amazing service from pharmacist Emmanuel. He delivered great customer service with a smile as he filled my prescriptions and also advised me on some products that I needed and ultimately purchased. He's always positive and kind.

The pharmacist who filled my meds last week was amazing. Unfortunately , l cannot remember his name. I had asthma and needed refill of my meds. He was very fast and l was home in no time

Emmanuel the pharmacy tech went above and beyond to help me get my presricption. Kniwing the i jusy wirked 12 hours shift and got off to come straight here to get my prescription and i was having technical difficulties emmanuel swept in and saved the day. I will make this cvs my 1 pharmacy

Tonight was great at the pharmacy with Emmanuel and. Chris! Superb customer service and smiles. Made my experience exceptional. Thanks guys!

Even when it’s pretty busy at times you’ll always find someone to help you out with your needs.

Despite the pharmacy ALWAYS being short staffed I can say that they try their very best to accommodate everyone. Thank you Morena for your help.
