I have always eaten here. The food is delicious and the team at work is dedicated.

Clean, service not perfect, but they get there. Didn't use mobile app for this purchase.

Great customer services, fast service and friendly staff

I am giving 5 stars comparing to other McDonald's I've been to in the US; NOT 5 stars comparing to any restaurant. It is overall a decent place. If the order is wrong, they correct it without issue - even give a voucher for a free item next visit sometimes. Once in a while I get a full range of sauces even if I never ordered fries or mcnuggets. Sandwiches have never been cold. Service is pretty good in my experience. I have minimal complaints.

Hungry at the time, it's okay not the kind of food I should be eating.

The woman that took my order for a simple cup of coffee made my morning. She took time to actually be present in that moment- asked how my morning was going and LISTENED to what I said and responded- not just a perfunctory exchange of empty dialogue. Coffee was good too. 5 stars.

Very convenient local Macdonald place. The staff are very friendly.

Great taste and best food ever

I've never been so happy with food and service at McDonald's these ladies are the best at customer service even my daughter said the food even tastes soo good lol its Saturday 6 of August at 11:15am and the food was fresh hot and good thank you! Hope this shift team get noticed for this great review.

The Service was FAST and all 10 of my passengers got the correct order. Fantastic!!!

I never go to McDonald's.
Kids were HUNGRY. Pulled through drive through.
Pulled up to pay window. Man was cleaning something and could smell cleaning products.
3 Big Mac sets. Cleanest Big Macs and crispiest long fries I have ever had. Kids wanted more. Will go back again. Management must be on point!

Good food and great and fast service

Great! Got in and out super fast! I think it was my fastest moment in a drive through. Before I knew it I was done had me saying to myself "that's it?" They had me wanting to press an easy button! 😂

Pleasant staff. Very Clean environment.

Just a quick bit whole running errands. Used the Kiosk to place order, but something was slow with the preparation process. Also noticed the system for Uber Eats orders seemed to move faster than walk-in orders. Next time I will use the drive thru.

I really like the way you can order and customize your choices on the touch screen inside the Beltsville location. Plenty of seating and clean. Drive thru is relatively easy, but occasionally I've had quite a wait. Staff is friendly.

Handled our big meal very fast and it was quite tasty. In other MacDonald's I have been to I always ask for lots and lots of ketchup but they never give you any thing, but in this MacDonald's it finally gave us the amount of ketchup I needed.

The absolute BEST McDonald's we've ever been to!!! Equasia is an exceptional employee and I hope she isn't overlooked! We are from Illinois and she gave our little girl a dragonfly craft to do while we waited on our food and also made her a flower bouquet out of balloons. Our food was hot and delicious! Most everyone smiled at you and we're nice. Thank you for a great visit!

Always great service and the bathroom is okay. My Mocha is fixed to perfection and I love the fact that the staff know me by my order.
