Not gonna lie. I was very weary of the review but decided to take a leap of faith going to this location. The staff was friendly. Our waiter was accommodating, attentive and prompt.

The food was hot like I like it, and the whole group enjoyed their meals. We ordered the pancakes for the kids with some blue's dazzleberry pancakes combo for the kids, an appetizer with the monzerella sticks, onion rings, chicken tenders, Colorado omelettes and they were all enjoyable.

Awesome service seated in a timely manner. Food was excellent coffee hot my waiter Tasha was excellent service and courteous. Will be back. First time after 2 yrs. Thanks Tasha . Greenbelt IHOP see u again soon.

I recently visited Greenbelt IHOP, and I was amazed by the exceptional service and delicious food. (Take out) Despite the restaurant being crowded, the service was speedy 25 mins. Frank and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. My office food order was hot and delicious. I highly recommend IHOP to anyone looking for good food and service.

The food management is losing it control is serving the food to old, I get the manager of it shift attention and the team is not a knowledge of the circle of deteriorating of food been I seen it fault of lead Management food inspections I got clear conversation with the supervisor of night shift at 8:20 pm crew is not much interested to solve a problem of this grade.
I ask to show me the fresh broccoli 🥦 and it looks like the same ask the one on my side orders .
The broccoli is on it cut really badly it would turn easy on someone human sick.
As you can see on the pictures I got from the dishes I ordered.
just fix this problem I like IHOP Nation Wide as many Americans too.

This is the best IHop ever, the manager Jeffrey is a real leader! He is so professional and extraordinaire! Micah our server was so amazing. They checked in severally with passion and respect. I wish I can give a 10.

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The atmosphere there was warm and peaceful. Our server was friendly and polite. The food tasted great. I definitely will be visiting here again soon.

Had an amazing time there with friends for a celebration. The staff is chill and welcoming when I went the food was served in a timely manner and I enjoyed myself 5 star place.

Food was fantastic, service was excellent and the music was jamming. We couldn't have asked for a better breakfast, highly recommend.

It's IHOP not an upscale restaurant. The food is good and the price is right. The place is clean.

I had Alicia is my server she's always so upbeat and nice work so hard. The chefs do a great job of delivering the food that is so perfect and amazing and hot and yummy? Atmospheres cozy and nice and the prices are awesome during the IHOP e h which is I think 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.?

George F. was phenomenal. He was super attentive, polite, and respectful. We will continue to come to this location; as long as we can have him as our waiter. Thank you for being smiley and wonderful, George! :)

I came into Ihop on Halloween with my 2 nieces. George was phenomenal! Great customer service, very professional and attentive. As a restaurant manager, you have a golden employee in George.

This visit was a very special treat. We had not been to IHOP in many years, my wife suggested we go for the 46th anniversary of our first date back in high school. We showed up and we’re welcome cheerfully, our server was amazing. She found out why we were there and treated us with special care. Ciedaya was so professional, so helpful and made our 46th anniversary date so special. We now live within a mile of this IHOP and will be visiting regularly. Thanks to this great experience. French fries are all over and can be cooked so many ways, but it seems difficult to get them the way we like them, the cook did an amazing job as they were nice and crispy on the outside and tender and fluffy on the inside, perfection!

Great food also server Maria was awesome so friendly. 😊😊😊😊

I had Izabella serving my table. She was nice and made sure we have the best experience. We noticed a TV on the lobby. We would like to see it on every corner in the restaurant

My waitress Ashleigh was superb. I was truly impressed with her customer service. She is really the main reason why I would come back to dine. I am definitely going to request to be seated in her section. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and her delightful energy made my day.

Good food to fair prices and very friendly stuff

My thought was to go to Wendy's to grab a bite to eat for breakfast. The moment I seen IHOP it was a go. I was happily greeted and seated. My server Natasha was very patient and helpful due to I had no idea what I wanted. I originally suppose to have went to Wendy's. I ended up ordering my drink by the time my drink came I had my mind made up. I placed my order and a few minutes later my food was arriving. The food was really good. Natasha constantly made sure I was good on refills and if I needed anything else. She very nice, professional, patient and attentive. The next time I decide to eat at IHOP I will request for her. Thanks for your good Service.
