I had to drop off a few large Amazon returns today at this location and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Even though there was a line when I went in, they took care of all the customers and made it a super quick and easy experience. Thank you!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s refreshing going in and they greet you every time. Makes you feel appreciated and valued as a customer.

Appreciate the help of the ladies here. I had sent an important package erroneously to the wrong address and the team here really helped me out to correct it after it had shipped. They answered my multiple calls checking on status and even followed up the next day to let me know that the address had been changed and was tracking for delivery. I am grateful for their patience and proactiveness regarding my issue, particularly as I was quite stressed about the situation.

The one particular store I go to has excellent service and it's people are very friendly.

I come here to package and ship. Nice staff, which I think has been there a while. Very convenient and easy to get to. Great customer service. Will be going back shortly for a print and ship order.

This is my favorite UPS store in the area, even though it is not the closest to me. The employees are helpful and efficient. The store is brightly lit with a wide open aisle. It is pleasant to get in and out of the store without feeling cramped and stressed. I rarely experienced a long line out the door (best kept secret). I would rather drive further to go there.

Very helpful and kind ladies. As long as your demands are reasonable, they do their absolute best to accomodate you within their power according to UPS’ own demands and rules for them. I think some customers get so frustrated because UPS Stores have guidelines like paying for extra tape for Amazon drop-offs. What they forget is that Amazon doesn’t pay individual stores for shipping and packing supplies, neither does the UPS. These stores get a very small sum for printing out the QR code labels and holding your packages at their stores for UPS trucks to come pick them up for your convenience. While you can drop off however many returns at these stores, packing and sealing your return items from whatever online stores you bought them from is entirey YOUR responsibility. Anways, always a pleasure coming here!

I always have a great experience here! The staff is lovely and so helpful and patient. I’m remodeling a home and have had oodles of returns, they are so efficient when I walk in with all my boxes! But seriously, they are so nice here and I’m actually bummed that I’m moving and will have to find another location to work with.

One of the best UPS stores we’ve been to. Sadden to see so many not so good reviews. On our visit today the representative was so helpful, pleasant and professional. She went over and beyond to take care of all our needs! Kudos to great customer service!

Yesterday after having a pretty challenging day, I visited this UPS for the first time.My experience was AWESOME! The quickly handled my packaging needs and even entertained the idea to speak encouraging words to my son who was having a hard time adjusting to his new school.

The young men behind the counter were professional and extremely helpful.
I came in feeling overwhelmed and left feeling light and confident.
Thanks you two, for going over and beyond the call of service! It takes a village!

10/5 stars!!! I just experienced the best service from anyone in a very long time. Or I’ve just been in quarantine for too long. Either way WOW amazing returning my Comcast box without any information or even a box was so much easier than I expected

I used this store frequently and never had a problem. My packages always arrived at the distant end on or before the scheduled time. The staff is always courteous and they educate me on all my options.

Very reliable service and staffs make sure quick in and out for customers even if they have a lot of customers.
Store is small but clean and staffs are already very nice and kind. Glad we have this store around my house.

I have a PO box here and could not be happier with the staff. They are always friendly and quick with customers. I'm in there enough that they've memorized my PO box and have the mail ready for me when I walk in. Thanks UPS Staff!

I come here quite often for all the Amazon returns I have, and they're always very speedy with the return process. I'm in and out in less time than it takes me to turn my car on and put on my seat belt lol

offer many professional and courteous services, mailing, printing, mail boxes, fax and mailing items for purchase. I have frequent this convenient UPS store for many years.

I like this store. The service is always good and I can get things done quickly.

The only thing I don't like is the traffic pattern to get in and out of the store. I have to be patient and slow down as I navigate through this shopping center.

Awesome staff! Always pleasant and helpful. Definitely my go to UPS Store.
