I definitely recommend this Food Lion if you're going to shop in High Point everyone is friendly the Western Union always works and you definitely don't have to be worried about them following you everywhere you go because the other two Food Lions well let me know not say too because the Fairfield Food Lion I never really have too much of an issue but the Jamestown Food Lion has some racial issues I feel like I'm married to an African-American man and the white people follow me and I go to the store 2 to 3 times a week I live across the street so yeah I've never stole from the store but yeah that's what they do however this Food Lion is very much different I recommend these guys

I just love this Food Lion the Best; It’s always so nice and clean. I love the help I get from the guy in the back that cuts the meat/ Milton Maynard. He is so Friendly and Polite when he talks to his customers and he always makes sure that you are happy before you leave his area with your package of meat. He is the best person to deal with when you need a special cut or to see if you can find something that your looking for.

Always stocked with needed items; can be a lil busy at times but that's to be expected.

This is the best store to shop when it comes to wonderful employees. They are so friendly and helpful, especially Aaron. If he isn't working in the front, he is bagging, collecting carts, and helping customers put their groceries in their car. This man deserves a raise!!!!!

I prefer Food Lion over Food Cheetah but it'll be hard to trust either one ever again.

The store is always clean and well maintained, and even with current supply chain issues, reasonably well stocked and organized. Staff has always been courteous, pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Food service/retail is my professional background, and I recognize this staff is well-trained, with strong work and customer service ethics, and good leadership. Kudos!

To whom it may concern, this Food Lion is Exquisite and very classy. A lot of nice employees have treated me with the upmost respect. Every I come in the manager by the name of Vernon always greets my family and I like we are royalty.

One of the ladies that was helping a shopper was in the same isle as me and I noticed that she was helping him and she saw that I needed assistance as well. I'm not a big guy neither do I feel that I am more or less important than anyone else. I say that to let the readers of this review know that she asked me "Hey Mr. Johnson, can I help you as well, you can get my help and I can help this customer at the same time!"

Love a food lion. Especially if the associates actually care about their customers, or at least appear to. This particular food lion has always had cashiers on staff and fix all issues ive had quickly. Great location.

Everybody does an amazing job. I come here all the time. If you’re an Instacarter, this location is always busy. It’s a hotspot if you do Instacart.

This Food Lion has been
renovated, and it now carries lots of organic, farm-raised, and local food products. I've been impressed by how they've increased the size of their produce section and I can even get organic, non-Smithfield pork here--for a really good price! They have managed to keep prices down, even while improving their stores. And, the folks that work here are very friendly. I seriously love Food Lion and how they have listened to their customers.

This is a mid-sized store with very reasonable prices and, as important to me, very friendly staff and fresh vegetables. Another plus to visiting this store is that it generally is not crowded or with long lines awaiting checkout, so you're able to get in and out fairly quickly. The only con I would mention is that if it does become very busy and crowded, their parking is sort of compact, partly because they're sharing space with other stores in the strip mall they're in, but there are several parking spaces for handicapped or for those who need a shorter distance to walk after surgery or for whatever reason.
UPDATE: The strip mall this store is in was bought by HPU, so there's no thru-way to Lexington Ave anymore (at least right now), and the parking area left now has a fence blocking access to any remaining store in the complex. Mentioned just so you know you can't get to the Dollar Store and tobacco shop through Food Lion's parking lot. You have to turn off Lexington to go to these stores.

Very well laid out and organized. Staff are always friendly and on point as well.
This location matches the community, I'd even go as far as to say it's a staple in this community

Everyone was very polite and personable. Store was clean and shelves stocked properly. I'd definitely shop here again
