Whoever help me from the staff department small (blonde girl) was very helpful as I was a bit overwhelmed with the process but she knew how to log into my wife’s account which was huge got the length and sizes nailed down exactly and all recommendations where spot on made my wife’s Christmas she was so EXCITED and now I’ll be back for Valentine’s Day!! Thanks for all help!!

Great location. They were fully stocked for the holidays. We picked up a good load of clothes🤗

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, despite the long lines, they moved quickly and all the employees were smiling and seemingly happy to assist

I went into this location today. And I got probably the best customer service I’ve gotten in a long time in a store. I don’t remember the girls name but she was wonderful. She literally was helping every single customer she saw. Same thing with the cashier he was super sweet to. Happy holidays.

I had the best experience shopping at this Lululemon location yesterday! As somebody who's been overweight my whole life, I've always hated shopping. It normally ends with me crying from embarrassment. But yesterday, I felt so welcomed and accepted. I had the opportunity to be helped by Sarah. She was so kind, helpful and I never once felt ashamed or judged for not knowing something. For the first time ever after shopping for clothes, I left feeling so excited about the clothes I got and I didn't feel shame!
Thank you so much Sarah and the other staff at Lululemon that helped me! I'll be back to see you soon! 🙂

The lady was really nice to me she help me find my correct size in leggings and shorts she was amazing I liked the service she gave us the clothes are good and soft would go back again

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Wish they had my sizes in stock, but its X-mas and lots of product moving fast. Employees were great.

I love their products and the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was a great selection in store as compared to online and parking was easy too. Very good experience and I might consider making the trip to shop in store next time too, as opposed to typically shopping at Lulu online.

New to the lululemon world. I am curvy and was a bit nervous about going in. Everyone was so kind. I found a girl named Peyton and she was amazing. She took the time to walk me through the store and help me figure out what I needed. So glad I waited to try on clothes because I was 2 sizes smaller than I thought. My experience was amazing and I owe it to Peyton.

I apologize because this will be lengthy. My better half surprised me by taking me to Lululemon today. I had never been. Upon arriving, we were told there was a wait time to get in as the store has to limit the number of guests inside at one time. Amy, the amazing young lady manning the virtual check-ins informed us it would be about a 2-hour wait. We decided we would wait it out in line as opposed to leavin and waiting for a text that our spot was next in line. I will admit, it was HOT and we were like 39th in line. We chatted with others in line and everyone seemed to have the same understanding “what can you do?” sense of humor about the policy. Amy was so sweet and energetic and kept us up to date throughout, and as unbearable as the heat became with the passing time, the line moved fairly quickly. It took about an hour and a half before our turn came, but once inside, the shopping experience was just as great as Amy had been. We made two purchases and left feeling accomplished. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Another young lady helped me with sizes and I THINK her name was Lauren?? She was very helpful and friendly. In fact, every employee was. The only concern I had was for Amy having to wear a face mask in the 100+ temperatures outside :/ But she had a great attitude and never complained or became irritated at all. She was wonderful and part of the reason I look forward to our next trip here. ☺

Matthew was so helpful over the phone. There is an item I need on a Christmas list that’s out of stock online and in OKC store.. He went out of his way to email me a list of stores in the U.S. that had the item, so I could call and pay over the phone and ship to my house before Christmas!

When my daughter and granddaughter walked in the store with me, we were greeted by David. He was so helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful experience!

This place has quality athletic wear your just not gonna find anywhere else if your concerned about the price I suggest you go to Walmart or target and buy lower end stuff, service was excellent and my daughter loved it

Always a great visit! Employees helpful and knowledgeable. Sale rack is obviously a hit or miss but always fun to look. Great mens selection as well

Love this location! The customer service here is awesome. I had a pair of yoga pants that ripped after a year and they replaced them for free! Would highly recommend you try their products. They're very high quality.

The store has moved from its original location on Clausen Curve to a larger store in same complex. Both son and daughter like the fitness clothes from this store. New store is larger and has seetinf. New to this store is the serve food and drinks on high volume days. Very pleasant place to shop and staff very helpful. Clothing very popular but comes with a higher price.

i went there today bc i had altered my leggings and they were messed up. we went back to see what we could do to fix them. we had mikey and he was incredible, he was very helpful. we tried on tons of leggings to see what would fit the best. he was very knowledgeable and patient. we didn’t know that after you get them altered you can’t change the leggings for a different pair, but mikey changed them for us free of charge. so if you to this lululemon mikey is amazing!!
