Freebird Stores - Classen Curve

I love FREEBIRDS and I’m so grateful there is a store in OKC! The girls here are amazing! Hannah, Melia, and Meagan are so sweet, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They’re always attentive (I can truly say this since I come in at least 2x a month)to everyone who comes in but at the same time they don’t pressure people, or stand over people. I guess you could say they are extremely good at reading people’s body language and mood. I feel like a celebrity when I come. Since FREEBIRDS are new to the area, it’s nice when I’m out and about and people constantly compliment my footwear. I always direct them over to Classen Curve where the store is located. I can’t say enough good about this place.

Impeccable customer service. The best quality shoes. Beyond kind associate found my ɓoots. Very thankful.

I got the cutest pair of Randis today! Saw them on IG and had to try them in person. Now I want all the colors. The OKC store is beautiful and was very accommodating to me and my family. Will be back soon!

Someone said she was ignored because she is “a woman of color”, I’m a BIPOC and had the best experience. Multiple sales people waited on me, and I was offered water, wine, or beer. Maybe the problem wasn’t her skin color, but a bad attitude, if her review was true at all.

Super great staff! Super cute store! I was able to try on so many shoes! Went home with the cutest pair on Black Friday!

Was really excited to see this store finally have a location here in okc. Went in with one of my girlfriends to see what it was like. The only difference between my friend and I is that I’m a woman of color. Every person working there made a point to talk to my friend and make her feel welcomed. I didn’t not receive any kind of help, or was even asked how I was doing. Disappointing because their team didn’t even seem aware of their unconscious biases. If you’re white, you’ll have no trouble. If you’re a person of color, be prepared to help yourself. Which you can’t even do because they don’t have sizes out for people to try. To Freebird as a company, teach your team to be inclusive.

Thanks Megan for your feedback. I like to spend my money where it's appreciated. I suggest if your a person of color you should do the same.
