The Two Gentlemen near the parts area(They typically assist with questions) in this location are so helpful and welcoming. I needed to mount the dresser and mirror together(They didn't come with any brackets) at my house. I was not sure about the parts/tools I needed to buy to mount them together. So I stopped by this location to get some help. Those two gentlemen really spend good time with me to guide me in the right way. Finally I was able to mount the dresser and the mirror with their guidance. Really appreciate their help. Highly recommend this place. A++ Service.

Recently I had to have a duplicate key fob made for my Hyundai Sonata. Ace can save you 50 to 60% over dealer costs for this service. After a glitch from the first attempt, employee Isaac followed through, researched the problem and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. He kept me udated all along the process. Rating a hardware store a 5? I know hard to believe but the people that work here are super friendly, knowledgeable, and saved me money. They carry a nice selection of bbq and smoker accessories. Even though there are stores that are closer to me, I’ll be back.

I love the people that work here. I think you might pay 10% more but these people will actually take the time to show and explain what you need to do whatever day thing you have going on. Worth every penny.

My car door latch lost its screws!! I went to autozone cuz CAR and they said ‘ACE will have what you need’. I went to ACE and OMG! Everybody was so nice, friendly and helpful. I had my 6 year old autistic son with me. They helped me find the screws I needed, let me go try them to make sure they would work and EVEN INSTALLED them for me. I think it’s as the manger himself that screwed them in. Since we used hex screws instead of Phillips head, I thought it would be a good idea to buy the wrench (he said I didn’t need to). The screws, plus the wrench (plus installation!) was less than $3.
I grabbed some extra screws and a couple candy bars (because great service deserves more business!) to bring my total up to $15.

It’s so nice and refreshing to be treated like that!! They rolled out the red carpet for a $2.50 purchase! That’s mind-blowing!!

Couldn't find exactly what I needed but found a suitable replacement part which is sometimes the case. We struck out on Amazon and eBay so Ace was a saving grace. Love shopping during the holidays because of the colorful and cute little things available for gifting.
