Chris in the pharmacy was amazing. Best customer service I have had in a long time. CVS pharmacy always seems understaffed but he was pleasant. I normally use a different CVS pharmacy and can’t get my prescriptions for a day or two. Chris got them immediately. Thanks!!

The Minute Clinic is awesome. I had a noon appointment, and was out of the store with my prescription by 12:30. Amazing!

Was on vacation need something I don't remember lol. I just know they had it and I was good after.

I stoped going t o CVS because I can't use the coupons for some reason I have 2 accounts and a while ago I tried to use the mailed coupons and they would not appear under my account, and the cashier did not care and she would not attempted to fix.Today I had to go to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist again could not honor my email discount, so I told her that's it I will never buy anything in CVS again. in my way out I decided to tell some on and that some one Michelle went out of her way and after 10 minutes she corrected my account and she was sincerely nice. Thanks Michelle

Had great service from Dakota he was very courteous and patient and helped with all my questions on prescriptions and also clearly explained the costs and even helped coordinate the express shipping since I was on vacation and didn’t have a car. Excellent service keep it up 👍

Came at 3 am with a sick baby and really needed more medicine than what I had. Candi was very nice, noticed what I was buying and even brought me back to the shelves to make sure I was getting what I needed. She even gave me the number to the minute clinic to see if they could see my infant. I appreciate her thoughtfulness in this tough time as a mom (I’ve been up for three days)

First off, I see all these reviews about this store not answering the phone; I called to get Sonsha's name for this review, and Daniel answered the call on the second ring. This afternoon, I had the pleasure of visiting CVS at 38th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and had a delightful experience. I have been a CarePass member for over a year now and absolutely love the benefits. I have also saved over 300 dollars using coupons too. For being a CarePass member, CVS gave me a gift of two 36-count packs of Floss Picks. Upon asking Daniel since I could not find them, he asked Sonsha to check the upstairs stock. The store was out of stock of the item, but Georgia graciously assisted me with the issue. Since they were out of the 36-count Floss Picks, I asked if I could get one 75-count pack. She not only accepted my offer, but Georgia also said that I could have two 75-count packs free since they were out of what I needed. What a gem she was providing excellent customer service and making sure I was happy before I departed. I also found my Ben & Jerry's ice cream in stock and purchased two of those, not knowing they were on a BOGO sale. Today was a win-win with CVS and Georgia. Thanks for having such kind, compassionate people in your employ, CVS. <3

I go here often usually in the early morning hours, before sunrise and surprisingly the staff is always proactive and offering help and friendly service. Plus bathrooms are always clean.

The pharmacy team at the 38th Ave. CVS are a well oiled machine. They plow through the hordes of people in line both inside and outside with dedication, good cheer and efficiency. They all deserve a raise!

Customer service like Kathy's in Pharmacy is a rare thing to experience - she's patient, kind, compassionate, and genuinely friendly. She has been a tremendous help each time I've visited; can't speak highly enough of her.

So glad this store is open 24 hours. We needed over the counter meds for my son and this was the only place in the area still open. It’s June & almost everything closes before midnight here. It’s a tourist destination… but anyways, I got what I needed and the cashier was nice.

The entire staff in the pharmacy and entire store were extremely prompt, friendly and helpful. Not what we get back home from CVS. Thanks for the great service you gave us!!!!

I went into the minute clinic after I was refused service at a urgent care. They got me right in and the doctor on duty was really sweet and answered all my questions.

Great store, had more items than most other CVS stores I have been to. They even carry CPAP supplies for several different brands.

I went in to CVS to print a picture off my phone that was 7 years old I went to the photo center and had no idea how to do it all. Caitlyn was extremely helpful, she had to do quite a few things to make everything work out she was so nice and professional I very much appreciate it!

The store is always clean and well maintained. The store personnel are attentive and helpful.

Had to make a quick trip to the minute clinic, I was surprised by how quickly we were seen and treated. I would definitely recommend this place to treat symptoms such as those associated with the common cold.
