Very organized store.

While I was in the hospital in ICU care, I called the gift shop for assistance. The background was LOUD with others laughing and joking. I asked my question, and had to repeat because of the above. The gentleman you answered the phone, wasn't paying attention to a word I was saying. I repeated - again (annoyed due to the lack of professionalism conducted) and employee decided to hang up on me. I called back, a lady answered. I had to repeat to her as well due to the background noise, but she was less tacky in her repsonse back. Rude and loud unprofessional employees.

The black lady picks up the truffel by dirty hands and puts them in the boxes. Unsanitary nasty and lazy. She should know better. I paid anyway and threw in the trash.
