I’ve been a customer at this UPS location for over a year and a half, and I’m consistently impressed with the exceptional service. The staff members, particularly the two ladies who are often present, are not only friendly but also incredibly supportive. Karla, in particular, stands out for her efficiency and dedication to helping customers. Her quick and effective assistance makes every visit a pleasant experience.

I had wonderful service from the attendant Marquita, I will definitely be back for more orders.

Been going here for years. The notary lady is always there and most professional, courteous employee I have ever seen. I can't explain how she moves from one customer to next swiftly but never rushing - she makes sure each person is completely taken care of. So kind that I needed to write a review which I never take the time to do. I gladly drive to this location for important drop offs.

Karla was extremely helpful and very professional! She deserves amendment for her courtesy and taking her job seriously. The workforce can definitely use more employees like her!

I like the USPS in general but the location near me isn't great unfortunately. They won't leave packages in the apartment mailroom's large boxes for packages. It also takes 30 min to pick up a package at the USPS location. ⏰ Only minutes at the UPS Store.

I decided to rent a box here because residents only have small mailboxes at the apartments. It is worth the annual fee (I think you can pay every so many months as well) to save hours of time in a year. UPS, FedEx, and Amazon will deliver to my door but USPS always "attempts delivery" but they never actually attempt delivery. 😒 Just happened this week. Saved myself 25 min today.

Also special shout out to Jessica. 😎 She has been here since I rented the box last year and is always very friendly and professional. She helped me when I was signing up for the box. Have been helped by a couple other employees who were also great.

You can get text 📱 and/or email ✉ notifications when you get a package. You can send any package to the UPS store that requires a physical street address (you cannot do this with a USPS PO Box). I believe both UPS and FedEx have cheaper services that hand off to the post office so unless it is coming overnight or 2nd day, I will try to send it to this store.

Other UPS stores in Houston have bad ratings so I hope they can model their customer service after this location! ⭐

My package with a Life Alert was supposed to be delivered next day, which cost $116.00. Due to airline problems, the package did not arrive the next day. I went to the UPS office and spoke with Karla. She processed a form, whereby, I will receive a check in the mail for the $116.00. Thank you for helping me.

I’ve used this location for years for shipping, Amazon and AT&T returns as well as other office services. I have always been pleased with the staff and turnaround has been quick.

I had two 80 pound boxes that needed to be shipped to South Texas. Took them to this UPS store on Hiway 6 & I-10. The girls working there were very helpful and got everything set up . This was on a Friday afternoon and my boxes were delivered by 10:30 AM on Monday morning. Very pleased with both the service at the store and with the promised delivery time.

I have been shipping from this UPS store since 2014 and I have had superb service from this store in all the shipping that I have done with them. Sarah, Vintrice, and Miriam do a superb job in packing and faithfully shipping all my items - including fragile items, highly important documents, and complex packing issues. I have been always highly satisfied with their work and nothing that they have packed and shipped for me has been lost or arrived late or been broken. And their kindness and professionalism and compassion and care for me as a person and for handling my shipping with such faithfulness is deeply meaningful to me.

Hands down the best UPS experience I've ever had! Karla Aracely is so efficient, both times I've gone there was a long line, but she calmly switched back and forth between 2 registers by herself taking care of everyone, absolutely love this UPS store, I'll go out of my way to use this location, the customer service is absolutely 💯 worth it!

The team at the The UPS Store is super to work with on a regular basis. They always greet you kindly and are eager to help. I appreciate their patience and hard work to make sure everyone is in and on their way as quickly as possible. The store location is convenient, safe and always clean.

The UPS store at Hwy 6 and Katy Freeway, whether shipping or receiving, is a secure, convenient way for me to handle packages, wrapping and even some required business supplies, The service is prompt and professional.

This UPS store is consistently awesome! Friendly, fast staff and they only charge $1.00 to print a label. The location on Fry and Park Place can take lessons from this location’s staff, because that locations is horrible!

The staff at this store are absolutely wonderful. I had an issue getting an insurance payout on a damaged project, and the wonderful people here worked tirelessly to help me not only solve the problem, but kept me updated at every point of the process.

Great experience in getting my telescope accessory packed right and I know it will survive the trip to California. Danielle and Jess were very helpful, kind and friendly.
