Randalls

This Randall store is clean, has a variety of cakes, breads, disposable party items, and groceries in general. I found everything I needed. And their rewards program is free and they offer coupons and discounts. I do recommend this store for groceries or party items.

They have an amazing bakery at this Randall’s location. It has the best bagels and other pastries that are made fresh daily. Highly recommend.

Clean, everything in order, very good customer service and it is convenient to enjoy a ice foam cold brew from Starbucks with the Impossible sandwich after shopping.

The store was squeaky clean and just looked beautiful! Been a while since I haven't shopped at Randall's for quite some time and it is because they're a bit pricey for me...BUT, Randall's has spectacular sales.... and be on the look out for those clearance items!!

Simple white icing cupcakes, they're hard to find these days, I guess. (Third store I've been to, I won't name the others.) Here at Randall's, I spoke with Jose in the bakery and he was so helpful! He helped me with the cupcakes I needed and was so nice. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Went in to the floral department on Monday Nov 1st and I had this beautiful arrangement put together for my fiance. They had a huge selection of flowers and vases. The florist was extremely helpful gave me feedback on the different flowers I was selecting and how'd they look together in an arrangement. As you can see by the photos attached she was an expert in flowers. I wish I had her name to add to this review because she deserves it. The picture on the right is the same arrangement 6 days later. This tells me Randall's uses a flower supplier that is shipping them FRESH flowers that are going to last. The pictures attached support the freshness. In the picture on the right the flowers are just starting to bloom. 6 says later they are in full bloom and I can they will be lasting a few more days.
Since I just moved in to the area 30 days ago I was searching for a good reasonably priced florist that supplied FRESH flowers with florists that loved their trade. Glad to report that I found what I was looking for & more. Since I buy arrangements on a regular basis Randall's flower dept will be seeing me often as they are my florist of choice in the Katy and surrounding area.

I don't come here often, but today I was looking for some gingerbread cookie mix. I've purchased some here in the past, but today I just couldn't find it at all. I looked all over the store and was about to give up when I decided to just ask an employee. Within a minute, three employees went on a search and found me the last bag! I was so impressed with the fantastic customer service. I'm going to start coming here more often!

I was impressed. Clean, organized, fully stocked, and good prices. I liked it better than HEB and way better than Walmart. Will be my new store.

Great variety and customer service! Convenient location. With the Randalls membership we are able to purchase items at comparable prices to other grocery stores. Good specials on meat and produce.. Our preferred place to go to find everything we need and want.

Nicest, cleanest Store in Town. They have great Meat Sales.

At least they appreciate their customer's time unlike the Randall's at Clay Rd. They honored my reward incentive even though they didn't have the item in stock. For this I'll keep Randall's in mind since I also happen to pass by one every day from work.

This store has absolutely the best employees of any grocery store around. They go out of their way to be helpful.

The best employees! Always stocked with items. Fresh meat, and variety of different meat and cuts. The deli has pretty good cooked food and assortments of salads. Also there is a Starbucks serving up great drink orders! Pharmacy available. And a little rest area with chairs for breaks if needed or to drink your Starbucks. Large parking lot and always clean in the

Loved the customer service here. I am a chef and I desperately needed oyster mushrooms for a vegan dish I was making. I called produce and spoke with Simon and he saved the the last 4 for me! So thankful for him. Thanks Simon!

Aaron, the courtesy clerk makes my experience at this location enjoyable. He is always very polite and helpful. He is one of the main reasons why I like shopping here.

are so kindly and helpful to all customers without any exception in all departments even they faced bad humour customers trying to fish in a murky water, but Randals people so good and loyal deal with them in a high moral, most of the customers are lovely and like this site. Several negative overview it doesn’t represent all who are feel happy with this Randall’s 😍

There might be bigger stores out there, yet this Randalls location is great. Fine selection of items and they also have a butcher for fine meats. The Starbucks at this store is also very plesant and competent compared to the Starbucks in the area. The staff is always professional and friendly.

One of our most important issues with grocery stores - enough motorized carts for elderly and handicapped. Randall's excells where others are deficient. Some local grocery stores have made it clear, that's not a priority with them. Prices are higher but convenience is there. Not much of a crowd which makes shopping quicker and easier. Has most name brands plus house brand. Has excellent bakery, good deli and fresh produce. Worth a look if you're in the area. Enjoy!
