People that write reviews are more likely to leave a bad review than a good one. I thought I’d change that. They’re really not as bad as the other reviews say. Very timely with getting my CPAP. Though it wasn’t instantaneous, nothing in the healthcare industry is, especially when insurance needs to clear something they don’t want to pay for. Overall, good experience. Thanks.

Have Rx for nebulizer for critical breathing treatments. Called 15-20 times Thursday and Friday last week. I left several detailed msgs. No return call. Now Monday. When I called, a Verizon msg saying call cannot be completed as dialed.

Shady company not certified through insurance company, but works with local Hospital, and sends you bills for hundreds of dollars that is not covered by insurance. !!!!!!! MY son came out of ACL Surgery with their brace and my insurance wont cover because they are not covered.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called about getting my oxygen tanks refilled 6 days ago. I was told that they would be delivered and someone would call me. So neither of those have happened. I called again this morning to see what was going on and the individual who I spoke with told me that she did not see an order in their system for me. I guess it’s a good thing that I notate who I speak with and when. Now I am being told that they have a phone tree and that the calls go to which ever location is not busy. So I am in Martinsburg and the call was routed to Bridgeport. The individual that I spoke with this morning tells me well the should be out hopefully sometime this week. REALLY. Worst customer service ever. Thanks for nothing Allied Health.

This place is terrible...horrible customer service...no regards for patients needs...way over priced if you have to come out of pocket...just all around bad experience...look elsewhere
