Dollar Tree

I love the store. There's so much choices, but there is one area of opportunity. I work in customer service and I tell my team if it's quiet trust me if there's one person in the store they can hear everything and I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I will tell you the language that came out of one of the store reps talking to another rep was extremely unprofessional. Using profound words that were unnecessary. I almost walked up to her and said something she seems like a sweet girl, but that type of language is not kept in the store even if they think no one's listening, I heard everything.
I definitely would coach the team on being careful what they say and when they say it. Use the back office they need to discuss personal issues.

A busy store...nice people cashiers and merchandise stockers...Bought too many things!!!

This has to be one of the Best Keep Dollar stores ! Large inventory! Neatly packed shelves with a well organized display and finding products is with ease.They have knowledge staff that always show upbeat,courtesy ,and patience even when people ask how much is this and they say only a dollar! Lol 😆 must of all I love the different merchandise that you find on any give day . One dollar Face mask! Let me not forget they follow All Covid -19 Protocols !! Love this Place!!signed a totally satisfied Customer!
