I had a wonderful experience at the Location off of Eucalyptus Avenue in Moreno, Valley. The Lady there who served me was awesome and very professional. She offered her help on installing a Lightbulb for my car she absolutely what she was doing. I left there satisfied with the product and service.

Super friendly staff, they helped me pick out some screws for my weird license plate holder and looked up the correct size windshield wiper for my car .

I went in to this AutoZone looking for specific parts and Katie was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed in a very timely manner. Not only was she very nice but she was extremely professional, I would recommend anyone to come back to this store for any of your automotive needs.

I came into Auto Zone today & purchased windshield wipers. Not only did the associate “Katie” offer professional services, she also placed the wipers on my car! I had no clue how to remove & replace the old ones! Katie was courteous, helpful & attentive.

Needed a 1157 bulb. They had many but $6.99 seems like a bit much for old tech bulbs that seem to break the filament in a couple of months that are made in China. Staff was quick to get me in and out.

Great place to get replacement parts for your vehicle. Love the rewards program, but hate that they changed the policy about your rewards points expiring within a few months! Wait times kind of suck sometimes, but it's understandable so I don't mind too much.

I came to use the engine code reader for free on my Camry and they helped me diagnose the problem codes. They also gave me discounts on certain car parts that I needed. No problems here in this
store, grade A customer service! Better then the other ones here in Moreno valley.

My son's car battery needed replacing and our first choice closed so we ended up at Autozone. I'm sooo glad we did. The customer service at this location is well over 5 stars. Franko went above and beyond to help us and I appreciated it so much.

This was my 1st time in this particular AutoZone.
The gentleman that helped me was awesome. I was having a knee problems that night, and couldn't walk well. My windshield wipers had stopped working, and I needed some fluid for reservoir. I was there to get a fuse, and the fluid. Instead of telling me where they were located or just letting me find them on my own, he retrieved both of them for me. I think he was the only employee there that night or at least at that time. A couple of other customers came in, but he was curtious enough to ask if I needed help to my car with the fluid. I declined the offer, because of the other people.

Always have what i need

I needed helping with my windshield wipers and an employee not only helped me with purchasing the correct one for my car, but he came out to my car and showed me how to change them. Excellent service!

Needed windshield wipers. The service associate not only picked out what I needed, but also installed them. The manager was also there and very friendly and helpful.

They take a maximum of only 5 gallons of used oil at a time, but other that, they have always been helpful and had what I needed

best service by far from the autozones I've been to Ruben manager was of great help.. it's 2 miles farther even though I have an autozone 1/2 mile away worth the trip an same distance of 1/2 for an O'reillys...

Sean and thomas were a great help they diagnosed the problem told me what was wrong. I bought the part the changes it for i will be back here again thanks guys and autozone.
