We went in to the Macy's Mac counter. We were greeted by Erica Uribe. Big smile, beautiful personality, very friendly. Super helpful. Great experience. She knows Make Up very well. Takes her time helping us. Appreciate Erica Uribe so very much. Thank you for having such an incredible person like her at your Mac Counter.

lovely store --- clean - organized - high vibe feelings... the help was very polite and kind... from the young lady in handbags - to the customer support counter... this will be my go to location... I liked how quiet and calm it was to shop during the week - midday --- Retail Therapy at its best :)

This Macy's store inside the Moreno Valley mall is a spacious haven for shoppers. Unlike many overcrowded stores, it offers a comfortable shopping experience with ample space and neatly arranged sections across its two floors. While I hoped to stumble upon some good deals during my visit, I didn't interact with many associates. Nonetheless, the store's well-organized and clean layout was impressive.

During a stopover before a wedding reception, I couldn't help but notice that the store had my beloved INC jacket from three years ago on display. Although I didn't need assistance from the employees, the store's organization left a positive impression.

My return experience here was outstanding. I had purchased the wrong color for a compact, and the staff not only accepted the return but also provided me with the correct color. Their willingness to ensure customer satisfaction was truly commendable. Macy's in Moreno Valley earns a solid five stars for its convenient location, organized space, and exceptional customer service.

I had to return a huge online order. The line for returns was really long but moved along in a satisfactory manner. The associate who assisted me knew how to process returns and did so very effectively! I was finished and walked out of the store in no time! Easy, breezy!! Thank you, Macy's!!

I went to return an item and also pick up an item. Both of those were very easy to do seamless took less than five minutes, but the website says that it closes at 11 which is not true. It closes at 8 o’clock, which was disappointing and left me only 10 minutes to shop.

I stopped by this Macy since I was in the area for a wedding and had time to burn before the reception. The first thing I notice when I walked inside the store was that the INC jacket I got 3 years ago was on display. I didn't have to interact with any employees but I saw that the store was nicely organized and cleaned.

How can you go to Macy's and not have Fun (with a Capital F)? I love the different Spices of Scents available. Other Treats Await... Enjoy!!

Macy's in Moreno Valley is the place to shop for fashion, your home, furniture, mattresses and cosmetics.

The store is clean, employees are very helpful and the shopping areas are ADA accessible.

I like going to this store, they have great clothes and everything for my home. Their furniture is excellent and lasts for years.

This store also has a new Macy's discount store attached to it on the 2nd Floor called Backstage.

The place to start your shopping in Moreno Valley is definately this Macy's.

The clothes and style always fit kinds of colors to match the feeling in the times of the year. You can find just about any kind of home good to fit your home.

This is a beautiful store. They have everything you want for a total shopping experience.

I was trying to find a Blazer to wear to a concert next week walk into the store everything was organized I was able to go right to that section for women find my Blazer and I'm ready to go thank you Macy's

I am glad that there more selection of shoes and dresses. I was fierce for the holiday.

I really never find any bargain prices clothes, but usually as lly but a nice top, or sweater

I had to return a compact. I made the wrong decision in color. They took it back and gave me the correct color. Now how awesome is that. The young lady said if it still wasn't to my desired preference, bring it back.
You can't do better than that.

I came to Macys last week to buy my mom a gift and was rejected from registers 2 times. I was sent from different registers saying I couldn’t purchase here until a young man came up to me and took care of me. He didn’t have a badge but I asked him for his name so that instead of writing a bad review about how I was rejected at registers I could write about him. Axel was very helpful and did not hesitate to help me check out, I was surprised he wasn’t a supervisor or anything because the way he carried himself and they way his customer service was portrayed was a breathe of fresh air. I will definitely think of this as excellent customer experience and look forward to being helped by him in the future.

The ladies at the counter for purfume are extremely helpful and almost imposing but very well mannered. Didn't get a cologne but cards with a spritz on them were being passed out to passerbys if you got close enough. Erica and the other girl were very nice and I ended up getting a deal on an anklet anyway. My girl was happy so I'm happy.
