Also, the sales associate at the appliance area was great and informative.

Had to get some plant care information. Trying not to kill another plant that requires humidity in this dry desert.

Yesterday was my first day off of quarantine, and I needed baseboards for a DIY re-flooring project I decided to tackle while in isolation.

I called ahead of time, and spoke with a man named Ryan. I explained to him that I had NO idea what I was doing, and was wondering if he could cut some pieces for me. He was so friendly and made me feel confident prior to heading to the store.

When I arrived, Ryan was so patient and professional. He carefully measured the pieces and cut them for me. He managed multiple clients had a time, and with a smile.

Home Depot is 3 minutes away from my house. Amazon is a night shipment away, but with good customer service like his- I will return again and again.

Thank you for your help, positive customer service does not go unnoticed.

Love their garden section... Vince in the garden department love your customer service. Their clearance section is GREAT! You should see the difference at home Depot... Home Depot will try to sell you a basically dead plant(needs ICU) for $15 and them there's Lowes that has a sad lavender (that needs a lil TLC) going for $3.

Moreno Valley Mall, of Hwy 15, California, a scheduled stop as we needed to look for some cabinet hardware. LOWES has always been my go to place for all DIY projects we do. Covid safety and sanitation protocol in place, all staff and customers wearing covid protection in place. The selection of most items are extensive and we'll stocked. This location is definitely a one stop shop for my project needs.

I went to lows looking for an adapter for a gas pipe that connects to a dryer and an associate named Chris was very nice to have helped my sister and I. He found us the pieces we needed and made everything really easy for me. Chris is a very kind man and a great worker. The customer service took forever though, but when he came everything was settled quickly!!!

Garden department is loaded with beautiful plants! Service at this location is always excellent! Handicap accessible.

Marco in appliances was absolutely great in being very helpful locating my refrigerator part.

This location is grate I got my craftman rachets exchanged no problem

I enjoy coming to this place and do my purchases friendly and fast customer service from each and every associate

Paul at the MV store who works in locks and keys is awesome. He gave me a quick installation lesson and even rekeyed my kwikset lock. Great job.

Today's visit was another example of how the employees in this store go above & beyond. Jose Morales asked us if we had any questions and boy did we ever! :-) he was patient enough to stick with us and answer all of our questions and explain things we were unsure of.

Loved the products I purchased. Using them now. Wished the gentleman who assisted us had a little more information but over all a great experience

Certainly better prices than Home Depot

Today I came in to buy one thing, but it was on a pallet in the back and I was told to go up to the front and pay for it, I would have to wait a bit but they said they would bring it out to my truck and help load it for me. So I did just that, and I waited.... Even though I waited a bit longer then I though I would, I have to say everyone in Lowes was so nice, so attentive, and so helpful, it was GREAT customer service!! Thank you everyone for caring about me. This was the best experience.
