Great Starbucks the service was great and the other costumers were polite and kind to each other .it was clean the food was good the drinks taste perfect aswell as fast.even the restroom was clean and available I give them a too 5 if all Starbucks ever. Must come in.

Photo in memorandum of the great Starbucks Refresher shortage 2023. This was the one location left in stock that fateful early July day, but they weren't taking any of my husband's "no water" hullabaloo 🙃 He wasn't impressed but he drank it anyway. The last one he had for over two weeks 🙏

Thank you so much to whoever the barista is that remade my drink yesterday :-) both of my eyes are bruised black. I can hardly open my right open my right one. This week has been completely awful. Seriously thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I didn't add a rating for food as I didn't purchase any.
However, the cafe was clean. I didn't notice any wrappings on the floor, any spills, or crumbs all over the counter (where you retrieve food/beverages). I understand that it can be challenging to keep up with the tidying of the cafe, especially during rush hours. Even if the cafe wasn't perfectly clean, I would still give a 5 star rating for customer service.
The merchandise self was stocked and appeared very orderly.
The greeting and customer service were on point! I noticed at least one barista made eye contact when greeting me, but I heard greetings from the other baristas also!
Every barista was focused. They all worked well as a team!

I commute from the high desert. I take Creche Canyon to get away from most of the traffic to get to Moreno Valley. This Starbucks location is a lot more convenient to grab some coffee for myself and coworkers. I don't mind that it's a cafe as opposed to drive-thru. It's nice to be greeted in the morning with a welcoming smile to start the day!

I think this may be my default Starbucks location when coming down the hill for work from now on.

I give this location 5 stars.

The manager and staff are great. They are friendly. The drinks are great! And a good location to eat, drink, socialize

Tammie the manager at this location is superbly amazing...with kids and adults. She interacts with her customers flawlessly, remembers their names..

Placed an online order, order pickup time showed 8:55 but when I got there 3 minutes later it was already done. Really nice customer service as well

Not as Busy today (New Years Day) Batistas are fast longest wait time is 8-10 min. I gave them $5 tip they where accurate & efficient, tables clean everything was neat 🧚🏻‍♀

Great experience when I stop by.. its a nice welcome hearing " hi welcome to Starbucks". Might be a small gesture. But I'm an Oldschool gent with manners, chivalry, and positivity. So this goes along way by showing me im not the only one. Thanks.

They are usually really fast and quick to get the drinks out on time. Also the drinks taste like they’re supposed to here. They taste really good and really well made.

Order was done fast and drink was delicious like always..

Shout out to Eddy and all the staff that are very friendly and make the environment pleasant. Nice place to go to when you need to destress and get some work done.

I love the staff here! Everyone is very professional and friendly. My drinks are always made the way I like them.
I personally love that they don't have a drive- thru because it gives it that old school coffee house feel.

So I had originally posted the worst possible rating here after a bad experience.

I met the manager, Amanda, through one of my projects in town. When I found out that she worked for Starbucks and was in fact the manager here, I went on to tell her about my rating (1 star) and bad experience. She suggested I give them another try.

Well, I admit that it took me a while to get back in; I was skeptical. When I finally did revisit them, the place was hopping. Amanda was there, and the energy was great! She makes the place!

One of the fastest and best Starbucks I have been to. Highly recommend this one. Associates are fast they don't just stand around and talk. Good job.
